Useful course for everyone who wants to understand more about cold emails. I recommend it.

First thing is first, I would like to say thank you to Patrick for giving such value and the help he provided to improve my email writing skills. I enjoyed going through the course and the course did give me some Ahhahaha moment and learnt a lot from it. However, I wished if the templates were written in a way that has been proven to work over many time instead just Patrick saying "here is template take inspiration from it". Also, the course email writing focuses more on local business email outreach. I initially took course looking for better ways to reach out to eCommerce store or business as this is the main niche I am trying to sale Facebook ads services. There is some aspect where the email templates can be tweaked to suit eCommerce business or business your trying to email. But, overall the course has given me ideas and strategies when it comes to writing an effective email that gets opened and read. Thank you so much for your effort and value, Patrick Dang :)

it is getting better. Some things were already very familiar and some a bit US specific but with a bit modification I can apply those.

The course has solid, practical knowledge and is straight to the point. Top sales reps might say that it's the basics, but I've worked in sales training and plenty of "seasoned veterans" don't do the things covered in this course.
A highlight of this course is the audio quality. It's crazy how many other courses on Udemy have poor audio, with instructors smacking their lips, swallowing saliva or making all types of distracting noises. Patrick's course has well edited value and it made it a breeze to get through.
