I think he has described this very practically, step by step and I feel he told very right that we need to remove obstacles like poor policies, poor monitoring/supervision first and the we should look for motivating people, that point was excellent

Helpful course about how to deal with different real situations as a manager. The environment where the movies are filmed is nice but can be distracting due to some people in the back who are swimming, walking or just staying.

I did not learn much as I knew the technics from my previous job as a Team leader in a big customer support department. However, I confirm that learning materials are great and this course was very good to refresh my memories!

the contents and mode of explanation are quite good and much more easy to understand, but learning from each session and key point of the session must be included after each video.

The Content was very useful and explained in a very logical and concise manner. Although I appreciated the Beautiful ocean surrounds, I couldn't help be distracted by the background sounds and sites of birds, people talking and swimming. At times this background noise was quite loud.
