I like the information and the breakdown of each section. It can be a bit overwhelming to have so much info to process in my already limited schedule, but some of the sections have really been eye opening.

This was a great match for me, actually. Learning about what kind of leader I am and learning about the people that I lead. Seems like I'm a bit of all of the D.I.S.C. rating when it comes to leading.

This course is more personal. It leaves someone who is not in a leadership believing that they have a chance to become a great leader. The tips that are given on disciplining yourself are VERY helpful.

Great course very detail knowing that you can control the pace of the project and ensure that milestone are being met. It is extremely important that u understand your team to know which type of leadership is best for the situation pay attention to detail. Getting accurate feedback is how you improve for the next time. Just know it is a teamwork mentality.

This was a pragmatic and well-structured course. I can't tell if the narration is a professional for hire or the actual author of the material. That is irrelevant in the end because I learnt more in this course than other leadership courses hours longer.
