Learn Classic WordPress Theme Development with Bootstrap 5 (Udemy.com)

I'm learning a ton. I really like the way Fatah is going step by step building the html and now we are getting in to the actual styling o fthe theme. I'm really looking forward to everything coming up.

I found this course to be incredibly informative. Kudos to the author for their excellent work. In this course, the author encounters various coding issues and skillfully troubleshoots them, offering practical solutions. This aspect is particularly beneficial for beginners as it provides them with valuable insights into problem-solving techniques. I have given this course a rating of 4.5 because, when discussing WordPress documentation, the author tends to quickly suggest specific links without thoroughly explaining the reasoning behind their choices. Additionally, the PHP code used in the course was not extensively explained. While I understand that this is a beginner-level course, I believe it would be helpful to understand the purpose and rationale behind the code snippets. Nevertheless, overall, the author has done an outstanding job!

I learned a lot how to apply Bootstrap 5 in WordPress theme development and many other essentials about creating widgets to make the website dynamic where the users can customize the contents. Good course for those who want to learn developing WordPress theme using Bootstrap 5. Like in many other tutorials, you will find challenges (problems) but that is where you really have to put all the necessary knowledge and effort to solve them. Prerequisites: you must be familiar with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 5, PHP, JavaScript (jQuery) and of course WordPress itself. I enjoyed learning in this course. Pros: quite thorough introduction in creating a theme from a scratch, quite thorough in using Bootstrap 5 and CSS, thorough practice in using "inspect" element with Chrome to dissect your website under the hood, great explanations on widgets (love this part!) to make WordPress more powerful as CMS, great use and selected plugins for this project. Cons: From time to time the tutor speaks too fast and "blur" (my case only, I believe), there are things "incompleted" yet on the project such as login and signup pages (I believe the students are supposed to work on them as "homework"). All in all, two thumbs-up!

Doesn't work. Code outdated. Followed his suggestion in Q&A section on how to get the navbar dropdown menu to work - suggestion is useless. Someone asked the same question 25 days ago and he didn't answer. I'm tired of people putting out courses with code that doesn't work and not helping their students.

I have bought and taken many WordPress courses on Udemy, but none were as interesting and rich in practical Contents as this one. I have truly learned a lot in just a few weeks, and this is thanks to Fatah!

Great course! Very comprehensive and much ground was covered in an informative and compelling way. The fast pace was just right. I never lost interest and never got bored. Instructor Fatah Gabrial did an excellent job on this one.

So far, Master's explanation is completely step-by-step Instead of memorizing and accepting it, you can fully understand the content.

Great course, everything as expected. I don't like just one thing and thats, using float instead of flexbox or grid on the start. But css isn't a main point of this course so it's acceptable.

This is the best course on WordPress theme development on Udemy. If it's possible to give 10 stars I'd happily give it. Fatah, whether you believe God or not, may He bless you real good.

Good course. It would be lot of work to permanentely update to actual WP and Bootstrap version, I can imagine. I like this technical way of showing where things are and how to take them. I find it very good to have first a static layout with WP only, then in second block, everything combined with Bootstrap in order to get responsive layout. Thanks for this course, I like it.
