To understand the core principles of this course and its content management features, the instructor’s teaching style was clear, fast-paced, and easy to follow, making even the technical aspects accessible to learners with different skill levels. The course structure was well-organized, guiding learners step by step through each stage. The lessons were highly practical, and overall, it was an insightful and valuable course that would become even more effective and relevant if it included coverage of the newer Joomla versions.

Best. (Free) Course. Ever! I did 7 or 8 free Joomla courses over here at Udemy, and that's the ONE I should have started with. The instructor knows what he's doing and knows how to deliver, unlike most of the Joomla courses I had so far.

So wonderful, so helpful to me as a beginner, I gained the basic knowledge which is applicable to real life situations, thanks for the free lecture and I hope to learn more on this platform.

By Pramod Gowda on 4/6/2016

The pace of the lecture is fast but to cover so much content I think it is inevitable. For a beginner this lecture might be overwhelming but overall it was very informative. Since Joomla 3.5 is now available it would be better if a course is created for it so that the beginners who are looking into working on Joomla can be benefited.

I was following along just great until he got to lecture 4 & 5. At that point he was clicking and rambling so fast no one could keep up. I couldn't even pause and back up as stuff flew by too fast. By lecture 5 I couldn't listen any more. Great content but impossible to follow by lecture 4 & 5.

This course was easy to understand and is a great starting place for a corporate website. The instructor spoke so fast though that it was a little hard to retain the information and try to keep up at the same time. I will be referring back to this course, but probably with pause being quite active! Well put together though!

Kray does an excellent job of going thru a lot of what Joomla can do in a short amount of time. This tutorial is very well put together, and is a lot more detailed and useful than any YouTube video that I have been able to find. If you are struggling with what Joomla can do, and how to make it function, I strongly recommend taking a look at this video.

I could not believe how much time I saved by watching the video and working through the build process step-by-step. There would be no way I would know some of the configurations that needed to be done by doing this on my own, even if I had read help pages or watched video tutorials on the system. Every time I had a question Kray Mitchell was just one question away and always answered very quickly.I've been working online for over seven years and have taken numerous courses along the way,but I can say without a doubt I am glad I have this in my arsenal now. This is a structured course that gets to the meat of what you need to do.

By Daniel Kerr on 10/1/2012

I found this to be a great tutorial and introduction for the cms joomla. The step by step instructions that guide you through creating a mock corporate website were very easy to follow and understand. As a web designer use to standard html/css/php, joomla helps to offer complex user side options quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to take the first steps into creating websites with joomla. I hope more courses will be created to cover more topics such as custom templates and common user addon extensions such as calendars and image galleries.

By Daniel Van Dale on 9/18/2012

This was a great course. Great job with the amount of detail and staying on task. I like that you were fast and confident, because I have control of the pause button, there is no need to slow it down. The author was quick to address concerns and answer questions.
