learning this (and i will continue to rewatch the lesson) has helped me realize what i need to do and who i need to be in order to have a cohesive and successful team. i will start implementing these skills and will keep working to improve! great lesson plan!

One section was basically an ad and another one was How and why (the author) did his PhD on Agile... Not sure this was necessary... especially the ad. I did not realised one could promote its business/services on this platform...

Needs more case studies or examples of the work. He knows the subject well but the real skill here is explaining it at a more basic level and i feel it fails in that regard. Hopefully more case studies will be included at a later date and i would uprate this course to 5 stars

I a lot of ways we are already doing this in our TEAM meetings working together. We are an outside unit, so we have to protect us from the outside when we try new things. If they work, they like them if not I would shield the team from the outside.

Realizing that the concepts seem intuitive, but if you don't actually think about these ideas, you will never really be able to live by them, as this all seems applicable outside of work a well.

Inclusion and psychological safety is a difficult topic to convey, and this training is a good attempt. It might be good to see the examples more in form of role play or illustrations so that the theory might stick better.

Hi, The problem is the language. I really have the impression to get 70% of the course instead of 100%. I hope that I will be possible to have a kind of "final course" or "resume" of all those training in French to have the consolidation of my 100% comprehension. Best regards
