This was a greatly explained step-by-step guide about photography, starting from general tips to how to photograph a waterfall. Alot of what is included in the course is fantastic .. I really love how he walked me through all of the steps included in the video without any feeling of boredom. Thank You ;)

A very good, if brief, course on landscape photography. Ray Salisbury's humorous videos explain things well without getting overly technical. I've picked up a few tricks to try out when this quarantine ends, I'm getting bored of taking panoramic shots of the kitchen... Overall, I am glad I took this course and believe that my landscape photography will improve as a result.

Some aspects were not explained adequately. They were mentioned as solutions or suggestions but without any detail as to how/why. But generally, for an overview/introductory course, it served as a good overview of the topic and I liked Ray's approach. Some of the scenery was lovely too and makes me want to get out and about to shoot!

Ray Salisbury has a talent of explaining the concepts of photography clearly. I especially liked his explanation of depth-of-field. It's a confusing concept, especially for beginning photographers but also for those who have experience, and the way he presented it makes complete sense.

Ray Salisbury makes it easy to understand basic concepts in landscape photography. For some his accent may be a bit hard to understand or tolerate, however it does get a bit easier as your ear acclimates over time without any problems. I do feel the video was somewhat vague at times, but I think this is due to the nature of sales. If he was thorough, you wouldn't need to buy his other courses I suppose. I on the other hand I would be more inclined to buy other courses if he was more thorough, not the later. Overall, this is a good starter course for free.

I learn't alot about composition in regards to setting up a photo and taking a great shot. One thing that the lecturer could implement, is exercises where students take photos and post on a forum where they could get critique and feedback. Overall good class, would recommend to a friend.

I was very happy with the content and ideas. The instructor brought good knowledge to the course. I was frustrated with the computer issues however the instructor responded. I do hope that the computer Udemy side issues does not become a regular distraction.
