This course assumes no previous LaTex knowledge and builds your LaTex skills from the ground up. The templates are a great way to quickly get started producing high quality LaTex documents and I have used one to update my CV. The lectures provide a good overview of the main topics in LaTex and even how to draw custom figures in Tikz.
