Learn MEAN Stack (Udemy.com)

The Cloud9 IDE that is used in the course has been moved to AWS and may take some getting used to. Additionally, we are asked to use Bower in the course, which was deprecated a year and half ago. I do not recommend purchasing this course until it is updated. However, the instructor's explanation is very clear and easy-to-understand.

Clear and easily to understand. Good contextualization. Clear speaking and graphics. Much coding is barely readable because text size in screen capture is too small for the 720p video.

Video quality is bad, so difficult to see the code that is being typed. Plus, it requires us to create a Cloud9 account, which requires a credit card number. I will not give a site a credit card number unless I want to purchase something. Clod9 says its a free account, but requires a Credit card--not cool! So basically a waste of money for this course.

I could learn a lot! I only knew LAMP Stack. I started this course to make a conclusion project on my University (Unicamp) and now I feel like I have full potential to do it on my own! Thanks to AlohaCode!

The material is good, but the videos are hard to see and some of the material isn't up to date. I see things different on my screen with the cloud9 (as of Aug 17) than what the instructor is covering.

Some videos are only 720p, should be full hd beacuse I can't see anything on monitor. It's not problem of its size but low quality of vid and small code in editor, many ppl like me do sth when they watch, ecersize etc but so small letters/editor and low quality is not good. Also please make less introductionary videos, many times I had to click continue just to get to final start of section, to much hello, what we will do etc, please shrink it to one introductionary video and start the proper subject. I like author that is competent and has knowledge, it's quality content but at least please upload 1080p version or be sure to show always bigger letters and it will be perfect.

Step by step and very detailed. Exactly what I needed to fill in the gaps of the studying I have already done. Complete this list and delve into the documentation and you will be all set.

The course is pretty informative and fairly easy to follow. The instructor does a good job of explaining what is happening in a concise way that is easy to understand. I wish though that there was some way to copy and paste the code rather than typing everything out.

Course Content is good, but there is a lot of flickering in the presentation slides, especially in the Angular section, and sometimes the slide just disappears for couple of seconds and the comes back

I am a very experienced coder. I found Brett's presentation style direct and clean. I will complete the entire course!
