Course Description
**UPDATED OCTOBER 2017** Called "the most informative and practical course on SLEEP on Udemy"
Do you wish you had BOUNDLESS ENERGY?
Do you wish you had more time to be productive and do the things you love?
Are you curious about those people who seem to operate on far less sleep, but are still somehow able to be incredibly productive?????
Ummmm yeah..
Then join more than 8000+ people who've taken this course and gotten hours more waking time each week, while having more energy each day.
The Magical Tale of This Class (and my sleep hacking adventure)
I used to spend an average of 7.5-8 hours a night sleeping....
Even though by medical standards this was classified as a sufficient amount, I still found myself tired at times (ARGHH). I was frustrated which is why I started to study and experiment with sleep.
Through countless self-experimentations and optimizations over the past year, I've cut down my sleep time down to about 6 hours of sleep and have never had more energy. If you compound this difference over the course of a year, that's more than 4 weeks of additional waking time THAT I GET TO SPEND DOING THINGS I LOVE.
Does 4 additional weeks this year sound interesting to you? How would you spend them?
I wanted to save everyone interested in having more time and energy the countless hours and mistakes I made so I decided to create a brief presentation on it to share with friends. Turns out some really interesting people thought it was pretty good:
"Good overview for my friends who have sleep difficulty" -Reid Hoffman, Founder of LinkedIn
"Some novel ideas here, on getting a better night's sleep" -Jeff Weiner, CEO of LinkedIn
Don't believe me? See proof here!
The funny thing was I had only scratched the surface of what I'd learned in that presentation. So I decided to do a small private class to test out amongst some people who'd indicated interest. This is what they said:
"Over the course of the seven days, my sleep improved from four to five hours of actual sleep time during my eight and half hours in bed, to just over seven hours asleep! Scott, thank you, thank you, thank you for presenting this information in a succinct, informative matter" - Dana M
"Scott provides a clear and applicable path towards a better sleep cycle. My habits have drastically changed" -Sean C
"Good class to take if you are having trouble regulating your sleep. I feel more energy and less anxious since I am better rested and prepared for a long day. I didn't realize sleep could have such an affect. Scott s lessons are quick and easy to follow. All information is practical. Your body will thank you for it." -Aishwarya N
I took the information and feedback from this class and expanded upon it to deliver the ultimate premium class here....
In this course you'll learn:
- How to achieve a quality sleep so you can actually feel rested
- A bunch of simple (and weird!) stuff you can do with light to have higher energy and better sleep
- How alter your activeness, consumption, environment to achieve quality sleep
- The best ways to fall asleep, nap, and prevent yourself from waking up 6x a night (THE WORST)
- A blueprint to take action on everything I'll teach you so that you'll be sleep-hacking in no time!
The class is delivered in easy to follow video modules, and also includes PDF versions so you can go at your own speed if you prefer.
No matter who you are, I guarantee you'll learn at least one thing from this class (see the testimonials above for proof). Note* if you're a chronic insomniac you should seek some professional guidance instead of going to Udemy. Also, if you've been studying polyphasic sleep for centuries, you'll probably know a lot of this - managing expectations here peeps!
I will personally respond to any questions you may have as you go through the material so there's no worry if you're not sure how to take all of the information and apply it to your life. So sign up now!
Talk soon,
Scott Britton
P.S. The $49 price is an initial offering to build the students and positive reviews.
I believe getting days of your life back is worth far more than 3 DVDs so I plan on raising the price in the near future. If you want to take advantage of the initial price, I'd sign up sooner than later (Like now!)

Very disapointing, mostly common knowledge anyone can find by typing « improve your sleep » on internet... I was really hoping to learn new stuff, which I did for one or twi things like the body temperature lesson, but let’s be honest: if you have sleep problems, then you probably already know most of the stuff told here. If you have never thought about the solutions to your sleeping, just search it on the web and you’ll save yourself some money. The slides are boring and poorly done, the « worksheet » at the end is very poorly done, like not done at all I wouls say... repetitive (you have to fill the gasps). It’s a pitty because i really had hopes on learning something new to help me get better sleep, but here it’s like: just practice what you already know. It’s easy to make money online nowadays...

This is an excellent, no fluff course that will explain good sleep habits to you quickly and easily. I was able to get through the course in just a couple of days, but the benefit I've gained is of immeasurable value. I've gone from struggling to get to sleep almost every night to being able to fall asleep pretty consistently. I started seeing noticeable results from trying the techniques almost right away, and I know that I'm just going to get better and better at it the more I practice them. 5 Stars! Would Recommend!

I had taken other sleep hacking course before and been disappointed, but I decided to give the subject one more shot. Now that I have completed this, I feel confident in calling it one of the better sleep hacking courses available on Udemy. There is an incredible amount of information contained in here and it is presented in a highly engaging manner. Overall, I am very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Scott's delivery leaves something to be desired. For the majority of the time, I had trouble feeling engaged. With that said, there's some very valuable and well-organized information contained within this course. I personally use one of the sleep apps Scott recommends, and it often makes a huge difference in how you feel for the rest of the day. For anyone who feels like they don't have the time and/or energy throughout the day that they'd like to, this course could offer some insight into how to achieve just that.

Honest Review. It delivers what it promises. Packed with knowledge and information you need to know about sleep hacks. Bad things? You could have just Google-d for the information. And, a small part of the materials are kinda out-dated (sleep tracker). Video quality and presentation are quite okay. No script reading, which is a good thing. Overall, it a course worth taking if you want to know more about sleep cycle. However, for those who already have substantial knowledge on sleep mechanism or developed sleep routine. This course might not be able to help you much.

This course is great primer for learning about the variables that affect sleep: sleep length, sleep consistency, body temperature, light exposure, melatonin production, exercise, diet (including alcohol and caffeine), sleep environment, and more. The course is filled with practical tips that will help you improve your sleep quality. Sleep is a critical factor in health and happiness, so take this course to level up your sleep!

This is a great course. Scott really goes into the simple things you can do to improve your sleep quality and give you more time in your day. Currently finding two hours before work which I never knew I could have. Using these for exercise and healthier breakfasts. Taking this course on the run up to a new job hoping to kickstart a new part of my life with longer and more productive days! Would highly recommend this course to anyone!

Scott - Thank you for a course which was informative and where the videos were short and the content was easily understood. To improve on what you already provide, i would like to see links or references to studies which you quote in your videos. I could easily google the topics that you talk about, but if I had access to your thoughts and the studies that you reference that would have been more helpful. In any case, thanks again for a great course.

This was a quick, but interesting class to take. There's no unique research or magic bullet coming out of this class and Scott's research, but a set of guidelines how to improve your sleep quality. Mostly common sense but a good reminder with decent support. I liked the class and thought it was a good, quick reminder for good habits I should be practicing. Negatives include - material seems to be hastily made (good have had a better production), more research links/support provided to some of his claims, and specific goal recommendations (metrics based).

Everything he says makes sense. Much of what is presented you have likely heard before - at least I had. However, he breaks it down into chunks that are not as conflicting and easier to act on. He knows some things (like napping in the middle of a work day) may not be feasible for your lifestyle. He knows other things just may be too much to change all at once. What he wants you to do is to understand all of the reasons and ideals and to use what you can from the information to make your life better. Some of the things I have tried have worked out really well - others are still a work in progress; but I'll keep at it. Try it and see for yourself! Good luck!
