The training could be much more effective with interactive materials. Currently, it feels like we are just listening to someone read from another screen, which makes it difficult to stay engaged. Adding hands‑on activities, real examples, demonstrations, and opportunities for participation would make the learning experience far more engaging and impactful.

The material was good, I was a little distracted by the hands constantly moving and the hand zoom in's, did not understand the purpose for those other than to break up the imagery. It was easier to get through the course by not watching and only listening--I got more out of the class using that strategy.

This course was great! really enjoyed the concept of understanding what values are at your core and how that can motivate you. It was interesting thought of being afraid of achieving your true potential or maximize growth while having the goal of eventually getting there.

Most presentations on leadership skills are impersonal and dull. They never strike me as imaginative and inspirational. This program is lively yet balanced and almost cinematic. It makes learning easy and fund because it highlights what matters the most, our needs, core values and purpose. The presenter embodies what she speaks of.

A well-rounded program! The information is easy to grasp and there are many activities to put it into perspective. I am glad I can do them at my own pace and there is no quiz, assignment or assessment interfering with the learning experience. I have a feeling the instructor is not just a textbook professional. I am courious to see what course she comes up with next.

Such a rich experience ! I've done so many courses on personal development but no one taught be the essence of needs, values, motivation and purpose. I kept searching for my purpose outside of myself and I couldn't find my peace . This is one of the best courses out there and it's as simple as common sense. I can't believe it is so affordable !!! Corporate leaders would pay thousands for a program like this.
