Very useful material. I’m not sure about the app as there are mixed reviews especially about pricing structure.

This course is excellent with practical tips both for marketing your massage business and also to help your clients get better results. I have been doing massage myself for over forty years, and I still learnt some new things in the course. In particular I liked the promotion ideas with business cards, and also the assessment methods. Plus the tips on posture and trigger points for clients to do at home are also very useful. Thank you.

I am yet to know the exact method as to how can i get my certificate of accreditation as i have completed this course. Also mark said in his couse lectures that 30 days money back guarantee was there without any questions asked if you were dissatisfied with anything related to the course but when i made a request for refund, i was denied though only 6 days have passed since i purchased the course. I am not able to get my accreditation certificate for this course so completeting this course has no meaning. I earlier completed a course by instructor Graham Nicholas and his system for getting certificate of accreditation was so simple that i just emailed him on the email ID provided and he sent me the certificate on my email immediately. In Mark's course i'm yet to know how to get thus certificate of accreditation. If this us the case then i request Mark to please arrange refund.

Excellent content focussed on making the students successful massage therapy business owners as it covers all aspects of customer centricity. Mark has been very generous in laying all the cards on the table by providing tips which would take years sometimes for people to figure out how to get an edge over others and I'm really grateful for coming across his courses.
