It feels like someone is reading from a book. the explanation should be improved. Teaching skills are missing. The content is good. There is too much to practice on Excel files. You also have covered the granular part.

Overall course shows many practical skills, but there is loads of unecessary data loading and creating measures and visuals - a third of a time could be saved if we worked on already created dashboards instead of creating a new dashboard with measures and visuals for each lesson...

I found this course went into things with a good level of detail. It covered many of the DAX functions. I have used Power BI for a while and found this course covered M Language and DAX very well. I learned new things from this course. They provided plenty of files to use as a data source which was good. What impressed me was the speed of the replies to my questions. The replies were quick and answered my questions well. Overall, I enjoyed this course and feel that I gained useful knowledge to apply when I get the opportunity. If you are looking for a detailed course on Power BI, then this course should be one you consider.

This is a good course to get to know many DAX formulas, but it has not a very good approach on pratical uses, the formulas are mostly single used and it is explained how you do it, not why you do it or how it work. Also, in EVERY video, it waste 1 to 2 min to load some excel data. This is very annoying since is the same for them all, even that they change the database, it does not add value as we are not working on a project, so doenst matter what the database is for any of the video. This whole course could be taken with only 1 database being loaded only one time. There is nearly 300 videos, so almost 450 minutes (7 -8 hours) of content is just loading that from excel. I Bet everyone just skip the first 1 to 2 min on every video like me.

Everything is good but there are some topics missing in this course those are Row Level Security and Power Bi Service. The Course only focuses on a detailed explanation of M-language in Power Query Editor, Charts in Power View, and DAX in Power Pivot. After the completion of this course, you can get some knowledge. Strongly recommended for Beginners. Overall the Course is Excellent.
