This course is basically covers system design strategies on very high level if you already have some background knowledge and just want to recap your knowledge then this course is good for you, but as beginner i would suggest to take more elaborative course. As myself i have very less knowledge about system design by completing this course, i feel now i have some more knowledge around key words, technologies which revolve around system design interview.

This course has been absolutely amazing! It exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth every penny. The content is well-structured, easy to follow, and packed with practical knowledge. I highly recommend it to anyone preparing for system design interviews.

Dry, but amazingly accurate. Overkill, honestly. Mastery of this can easily get you to pass all technical interviews. FAANG especially since this guy essentially is teaching you what FAANG wants from... I guess 2020ish. Still applicable.

I've always wondered what I could do or study to perform better at interviews. Despite reading books about software architecture and design patterns, I used to struggle to come up with ideas on how to combine these topics when interviewed. After completing the course I can tell that this is what I needed; it was great to see from someone with experience how to approach these scenarios and provide a solution while keeping clear communication with the interviewee (which is definitively not my strong suit). Great course! I'll check more content from you

This was overall a good point to start preparing for your system design interview. It gives the high level idea of what topics to touch and dive deep into. However, at the same time, it kind of sped past the mock interview solutions. I think these mock interview solutions could have been more detailed such that those who aren't already acquainted with these ideas can get a detailed idea on the solutions. After watching all the videos, I feel like I have to now find materials to read about the concepts and solutions in detail, which I would definitely do. So, I guess, this was what this course was meant to be. Good starter point for anyone prepping for interviews.

I'm currently learning for my first system design interview. Frank gives a great overview of the concepts and the mock interviews helped my to get a grasp of what I can expect an interview to be like. I will have to do more of a deep dive into some topics to be able to talk about them at length, but this is a great introductory course. And there are a lot of tips on the side!

I liked the course because the mock interview debrief section was extremely helpful in comparing my own approach vs suggested approach. For example, I learnt that I tend to get overly focused on one detail thus failing to first cover the overall approach; a blind spot that I did not see before this course.

Fantastic course! Clear explanations, great visuals, and very practical content. I finally understand how to approach system design problems systematically. Definitely worth the investment!
