Course Description

FREE... ( for now)

Over 45.000 students enrolled. Raving reviews.

"...Thank you for the awesome FREE course, it is outstanding!"

"... a brilliant intro to neuroscience..."

"... a wealth of information, good solid course to have."

"... I never looked at my brain from this perspective"

Yes, you just found the number 1 free personal development course on Udemy (out of over 280). Well done!

So what makes this one so special?

You probably heard about the 'right brain - left brain' theory. Well, forget everything about it. It's just not true. Recent studies show reality is far more complex and nuanced than that.

The NBA (or Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach) is a fascinating, innovative and multi-disciplinary approach born out of 25 years of scientific research. Discover how 4 brain structures are responsible for all of our decisions and internal conflicts.

Once you learn to recognize what part of your brain is active, you start looking at the world from a totally different point of view. A lot of things start to make sense.

What to expect...

This high quality course will walk you through the different brain structures, breaking down complex theories into easy to digest chunks of information. The narrative style is humorous, without overdoing it, as not to overshadow the fascinating content being conveyed. The course is well paced, with closed captions (subtitles) enabled for greater ease.

It's really a no-brainer to follow this course. Or as several students stated (scroll down and check the reviews below): "... Everybody should take this..."

This course is an introduction to the NBA. For a more advanced course, please check 'Master your brain', 'The Science of Leadership' or 'Neuroscience for Parents' available here on Udemy.

Presented by an actual person and an actual real voice is what drew me to this course. Nice introduction, could brush up the subtitles a bit.. I used the english subs and it had multiple mistakes. But overall I liked it and I am interested in the payed courses.

It simplified the four regions of the brain in a way I have not heard before. Liked how he gave practical examples that actually make sense in creating differentiation. Neuroplasticity is, indeed, a gift to grow and become a better person. The course landed, so grateful for the opportunity to learn. Thanks

This is the first Udemy course I actually completed. The content is very valuable, make sure to take notes in section 2 to really engrain the information into you head. Sometimes I'd watch the parts multiple times to really grasp the ideas. I highly recommend this to anyone reading and could see myself recommending this to people I know as well.

E excellent and super informative content that’s well delivered. The material is interesting and well organized, and the presenter puts it across very well. The only problem, if you need to look for problems, is that I wish he had used a pop filter on his mic.Maybe next course he will do that.

It was like Gregory sir is telling everything absolutely true about my personality. I felt what I was lacking and what can I do for myself and about my obsessions which should be changed. I would recommend everyone to watch this course and get started to know about your real self..... Thank you so much

This man has the right idea to build a bridge between cognitive science and business performance. I have researched this topic for over 15 years and he is on target . He knows the functionality of the brain and how it relates to its chemistry of emotional responses it generates .

It was perfect match for me! I liked that every lecture is comprehended with simple words that gives new learners great chance. Incidentally, it is really connected with real life, I have started to look to the world from the other side! Honestly, I could get more than I expected))) Thank you very much, Mr Gregory, for such an amazing course!

This course is an excellent course for giving the quick explanation of Neuroscience of the brain to me (layperson). I will be taking more to get a better understanding of brain function, but will refer back to this course to help remember the basics. Great Course and extremely quick. No wasted time. Thanks

The information is very helpful. It is clear and explained not only with words, but with images and examples that allow a better comprehension. It is easy to identify why I sometimes act in a certain way. I think it will help me question my actions in a more analytical manner and maybe not overeact. At least it gives me the oportunity to observe myself and try to understand where my actions are coming from. Thank you.

I appreciate Gregory's time and effort to create this well done initial course on Neuroscience. For me, this course was well laid out and articulated in easy to understand explanations. During the course, it would have been nice to have additional reading and studying references to support what was being explained. It would also be good to have additional resources i.e. books and video recommendations to support this course.
