This was a very straight forward, easy to understand means of understanding MS O365. I this is a really good media to understanding the components of MS O365. I learn alot from watching and the presentation and presenter was very good. I was referred to this training and I do not regret it.

Could not find couple of topics with current E3 subscriptions, the content not updated. -Dashboard -RSS Feeds -Reports Please update the video/course with the current subscription content. Benefits got with this course: Got a clarity on how to manage identities and how to prepare for certification, useful to learn and work in real-time.

The Course was good for someone new to Office 365 it was a bit out dated as the latest Office 365 interface was different and some settings in the course were outdated but that is just the pace that Microsoft moves and not any reflection on the course content or in-structure. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot Thanks David.

I was a complete Office 365 Admin 'newbie' at the beginning of this course. My fear of the 70-346 exam has subsided thanks to the detailed presentations given. Even though this course features an older version of Office 365, a large majority of the admin tasks described are very useful. I enjoyed the presenter's calm and clear voice and his use of live-screen films. Anyone could combine this course with a standard exam book and start preparing for the test.

The instructor is very careful to explain the why we need to know a task, rather than just explain how to do a task. He is good as putting things in context, and I appreciate that. He also doesn't try to be an entertainer. I'm here to learn, not to listen to humor. The content is relevant to the upcoming test, and again, tells us the why. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was very concise and covered all the necessary components for the exam and was very good. My one (and only one) criticsm is that some of the content covered is out of date e.g. DirSync and the reporting section. Other than that it was well prresented and the presenter did a good job with it.

Course information is outdated and no longer relevant. Was good 2 years ago when the videos were recorded, but this product has been greatly updated since then, and the training videos need to be kept up to date to match. You are advertising this as a training resource to help people pass the microsoft certification exam. keeping the information up to date is vital for these types of videos.

Needs to be updated as the exam objectives have changed. A couple of individual exam objectives were glossed over or skipped. Instructor is great at communicating concisely, but content needs to be updated and more demos for all of the objectives.
