This is a great introduction to Power BI (Business Intelligence). I did not know what it was last week, now I can start using it and hopefully never use Excel again for data sets that use words, graphs and numbers. The lessons are bite sized and have lots of exercises to perform along with Ryan so you can become familiar with the software very quickly. Although I do not have access to Chat GPT (which is used to quickly find steps), I just used google on a browser with similar results. User tip: Under visualizations, make sure to hit the ellipse and restore default visualizations (I was not seeing multi row card or Q&A until I did this). Of note, the Q&A visualization feature will be retired by Microsoft December 2026 . Only complaint is Ryan's head is in the way of the menus at times and he moves quickly with his clicking, so I had to pause frequently to keep up.

Good introduction to Power BI, needs an update. My version of Power BI no longer has the multi-row card as a separate option. It's been combined with the other card visual. There were a few other things I had to go hunting for because they weren't in the same place as the instructor, but it wasn't too hard to figure out.

It was informative and well structured with practical examples. It covered basics in a very simple and practical way which made it easy to understand even as a beginner.

usefull for beginners and litlle more advaced required like connection to data source in the last rather than using excel sheet
