Modern Desktop Certification Exam MD-100: Windows 10 (Udemy.com)

This course went over a lot of things I was familiar with in a nice format. I am going to get a practice exam and then try to attain the certificate. (This will be my first MS cert) I have other certs and have been using windows since the mid 90's.

Compared to other MD100 Instructers, this verson is exhaustive. The only thing that would have made it a bit better would be more moving graphics on the static power point style lessons. Great job!

For me, this course was meant for a refresher. Luckily the was some useful information in this course. But I would liked it more if it was fully updated to include Windows 11 in place of Windows 10 There was a lot off outdated information in this course (the MD-100 exam has also been retired from Microsoft) .

So far so good! I like the platform and format of the training. I have learned quite a bit with the demo videos more than the theory-based videos.

Video editing could use some work, check if something is working prior to recording such as getting into Windows RE on the VM. Some of the information felt like it was a bit glossed over and need more on.

The training has been very instructional and informative thus far. My knowledge of WINS 10 has significantly increased up to this point in the lessons provided.

Too many videos (slides) of 1, 2, 3 minutes long and not enough demonstrations. Sometimes is hard to follow him because he's talking to fast and in my opinion overcomplicate the explanations.

Very detailed course, instructor is clearly very knowledgeable. I appreciate how he mentions a lot of command line utilities and PowerShell commands. He does move pretty quick so maybe not great for beginners or non-native English speakers, though I was able to follow along comfortably. His demonstrations could certainly use some work, many did not work properly as he was attempting them. I'd recommend re-recording them successfully before including in a course (tip: hold the shift key when restarting to enter Windows RE). Overall, I learned a lot and enjoyed it.

The course had plenty of information and taught me a lot ,it is a good value for money and I am sure it will help me to pass the exam, Thank you. I must mention the instructor sometimes talks too fast,( English is not my first I must admit) and during the " demos" he talks and shows things too fast too often,I had to reverse plenty of times. Occasionally he didn't expect what is happening on his screen. Thank you very much again.

Comparing the course with the exam skills measured, and it seems to cover everything that is there. Have yet to try the exam though.
