A vast majority of the content is just theories, many of which are no longer relevant in today's culture, and a whole module is dedicated to them. In terms of strategies, they are limited and just go over a few general approaches. These also repeat though the whole course making it feel like padded run time. Expectations were not met - this was mostly a waste of time sadly.

Very interesting in terms of how theories changed. Would be even better with concrete company examples, good and bad The emotions part is highly dependent on which culture you are talking about, so not as effective as the previous section
