Really good match. Helped me think about creating a more ethical workplace but also to understand why sometimes the decisions that people make don't necessarily make them bad people and how I can help influence better outcomes.

I think this course is exceptional. It does not at all follow the mould of most ethic courses and instead show just how far we humans are capable go going, positively and negatively, which sends a strong message at least to me that we should reconsider the ripple effects of our actions. Absolute masterclass.

Thank you for such another great and insightful course. Some discussions about the characteristics for taday's leaders or executives don't practiced of having a pecfect ethics and morality. Yes, I agree, that their behavior sometimes are influenced with the type of subordinates or staff and the pressured or demand of work on a certain situations. Generally, this is very enlightening course suited for everyone.

This is a great course that discussed ethics and integrity on different levels. The course was very organized and detailed. I believe sometimes in the work place we forget about the mission statement. We must remember we are stronger in numbers when we are working together for common good. GREAT CLASS!!

Standing firm with honor and integrity is what i really want myself to be known as a public servant. This course level up my insights on the value of integrity and help me realize that i am on the right tract when i reflect on those situations at work wherein my integrity were tested. Thank you for the learning.

I wish it focused more on how ethics could be applied in our lives rather than a discussion behind it (the evolution examples and such). Interesting topics discussed, however! Also felt it could be shorter.

Thank you for this extremely in-depth and informative Course, Sivakami ! It is absolutely jam-packed with information from anthropology, history, psychology, and even philosophy ... this is so much more than learning about compliance and ethics. I did not realize earlier but now I know that these insights are very important for Leaders. It is easy to proclaim right and wrong, and limit liability with basic ethics training, but understanding why we behave the way we do, and what can restrict the non-cooperative and unethical behaviour is really eye-opening. I am glad I enrolled.

I don’t think there is another Course like this one! With Lessons from History, Psychology, Evolution, Culture … Morality definitely does not belong only in Moral Science class! It is a good Course, essential for all Leaders, with perspectives usually not given.
