The course is average. The reason why I wrote this is that, it has the fundamentals. The course is for someone who has little time and do not have any knowledge about office programs and outlook. It's not bad, but if you know fundamentals about office programs or if you know fundamnetals about outlook. You do not need this course. For the author, thank you for your time and efforts.

Consigliatissimo a studenti, liberi professionisti, imprenditori.

Thank you so much on the info for desktop alerts, it is pretty annoying. Also like the auto delete.

This was very helpful

Overall, it was good and I learned things that will be very useful.
The organization of the course was sometimes a little odd. I had some Outlook experience prior to this, but not much. If I had not had any at all, I might have been confused in the beginning, as it didn't start with the very basics. Things like archiving and safe mode were introduced before some of the more everyday actions. And views were used before views were explained, for instance.
A question I asked was answered within a few days, and Brian suggested a screenshot might help him see what was going on. I replied and uploaded a screenshot, but when there was no further reply for a week, I deleted it, as I didn't really want it to remain on the website. I solved my issue, so it's not a problem, but at the time, I wished for a quicker response.
Sound quality varies from section to section, but it was always easy to understand.
I love the division into very short lessons, so I could learn as I had time, and I am very glad to have continued access to it. It is a worthwhile course. Thanks, Brian!

Yes, the course was a good match for me. I have used Outlook for a number of years, but the course provided things I didn't know about it, and more efficient means to do certain things I did already know.
