It is OK. not good for absolute beginners. If you are a developer and have read here and there about azure devops it is helpful.
The author has good knowledge about the subject. Auto could have restructured the course so that it is easy to follow from Section 3 onwards. The first two section are fine.

It was a good match yet some buttons/ tabs were difficult to find. Perhaps the course needs updating a little bit. There is no Builds under Pipelines any more for example and it was hard to figure out how to create a build.
