Course Description
<<The course is updated as per the skills measured on January 15, 2026>>. The course is fully refurbished to fix all the negative comments.
WHY YOU SHOULD BUY MY PL300 COURSE?
a. 170+ deeply researched questions for PL 300. I create no more than three questions/day to maintain high-quality.
b. There are no simple one-liner questions. Each question is based on your understanding of a scenario. The questions challenge you to understand, apply, and analyze your knowledge.
c. I simulate the actual PL300 Microsoft exam experience for you in the form of drag-and-drop questions, dropdown questions, multiple yes/no questions with a radio button, repeated scenario questions, etc.
d. Clear and lucid explanations for both correct & incorrect answers.
e. Where required, each question comes with an attached PBIX file that you can download to verify your answers.
f. Supporting visuals created by me to drive better understanding (Not taken from Microsoft documentation)
g. Explanations run parallel to the product. Every detailed explanation has corroborating evidence with the Microsoft product (like Power BI Desktop or PBI service) shown in screenshots and clear callouts.
h. Explanations are NOT directly copied from Microsoft documentation. I have rephrased all the reasoning in a simple and easy-to-understand language.
i. No step-motherly treatment of incorrect answer choices. I took enough effort to explain the rationale for each answer choice (whether correct/wrong), including the reference links.
j. Don't worry about inaccurate sentence framing/wrong grammar/incorrect punctuations. I use Grammarly to review every question.
k. Almost non-existent repetition of questions only to increase the question count.
l. For some questions, you may have to search for answers in the given reference link. A Quick Preview feature shows a screenshot of the relevant paragraph to which the correct answer refers.
m. I love to help you succeed. If you need to discuss, we have an Active Q&A dashboard and expect fast responses (save for my sleeping hours, which are generally less).
n. As soon as there is an update from Microsoft, I try to update my course, keeping it always fresh.
o. The question bank is peer-reviewed every three months to ensure exam relevance.
p. Still not convinced? Check out sample questions on my YouTube channel/website before you decide to buy.
Feel free to connect with me through my website for any issues/questions.
The questions are collected from a variety of domains and sub-domains with extra care taken to equal attention to each exam area. Also, the questions are on different levels.
For example:
Remember-level questions test whether you can recall memorized facts, & basic concepts.
Understand-level questions validate whether you can explain the meanings of terms, & concepts.
Application-level questions test whether you can perform tasks using facts, concepts, & techniques, and,
Analysis-level questions validate whether you can diagnose situations & solve problems with concepts & techniques.
A mixture of questions at different levels reinforces your knowledge and prepares you to ace the exam.

Hi,
Whether learning science from childhood or tech in professional life, I feel a sense of contentment to go beyond the what into the how and why of things.
This curiosity helped me realize I could be a good instructor/explainer.
So, all my courses go beyond the cliched tarmac: They are in-depth, layered, visually enriching, scenario-based, practically oriented, grammatically correct, and fun.

Passed the exam (barely). Most of the questions are like 80% similar in style, while a few are spot on. I drilled these questions like 3 days prior to the exam, and it showed me how much I was lacking instantly. The highest I got on these exams was a 60, but I managed to get a passing score on the real exam. I'd say facing these questions definitely prepared me for the exam more than just what I got from Microsoft Learn and the Microsoft practice exams. What I like best about these practice tests is that between the 4 exams and 1 case study, there are very few duplicate question types; you get a large variety of questions that tackle similar concepts at different angles, which deepens my understanding. I only studied for 19 days and passed largely due to this Udemy Course.

This is the first time I ever leave a review on anything online but this course deserves it. I passed my Pl-300 exam with 840 score and I have never worked with Power Bi in my life. when I bought these exams I thought I already knew what is power Bi after taking some online courses in Coursera and Datacamp but this course showed me where I actually was. they are way harder than Pl-300 exam but I got 5 questions from these exams exactly as they are in pl-300. I failed each of these 5 exams in my first attempt but I used them strategically to build my readiness. I took all the wrong questions, I gave my mistakes to chat gpt, one qestion at a time, I explained why I got it wrong, and built a battle book for my exam. these questions and chat gpt, I wrote why I got it wrong, and chat gpt helped me rephrase the sentence of why I got it wrong, and gave the following 1. why I got it wrong 2. what to remember 3. exam traps 4. confusion pairs (if any, example SELECTEDCOLUMNS vs SUMMARIZE, or DATESINPERDIOD vs DATEADD) and sometimes it simplified the explanation of what is wrong and what is write and gave some more likely scenarios that could be in the exam and also some more details and comparisons. so I took my mistake from these exams and chatgpt and turned them to a study material and a battle book. after that I took again these exams and I passed them all above 90. this is a solid way I used to pass my exam in my first attempt with zero experience with power bi, I even got extra 30 minutes to review few things on Microsoft Learn. I will add one more thing, in my Pl-300 I got more than 5 M code questions of things I never saw in any course or any exam materials, and they weren't simple common commands that we can read and understand, so whoever is reading my review, get some knowledge with M code details. thank you for this exam material and I give you high credit for my readiness for this exam :)

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to for this course because it made such a significant difference in my learning journey. It was pivotal in helping me understand the more theoretical aspects of Power BI. The concepts were explained in a clear and structured way, making topics that initially seemed complex much easier to grasp. As a result, both my study process and my exam preparation became far easier and much more efficient than I expected. If you're looking to build a solid theoretical foundation in BI, I highly recommend this course. It's one of the few courses that genuinely exceeded my expectations. It helped me even more than MeasureUp. And, of course, it helped me pass my PL-300. Can't recommend more! Thank you!

Amazing course! Passed my exam on 01 Aug 2026. I had been studying Power Bi for the last 9 weeks. Got 68.7% in my first attempt. After that when I came across Mr. Ravi Kiran's practice test, I was amazed to see I had to learn so much more about Power BI. I got so much clarity about all the topics after doing the practice tests and going through all the explanations in the answers. These tests really made me more confident for the exam, they are as confusing as the real exam questions, but once you read the answer explanation, it becomes easy to understand the concept. I really appreciate Mr. Ravi Kiran for taking so much effort in making such amazing practice tests!

As someone with a 7+ year professional background completely outside core data analytics (working in ops with strict Excel/environment restrictions), I am attempting a major career pivot to Power BI solely through self-study, YouTube, and personal portfolio projects. This was literally the first mock exam I have ever taken in my 32 years of life. I scored 55% (Failed) on my first attempt at Exam 1, finishing in 1 hour and 12 minutes. While the score hurts initially, the diagnostic breakdown was incredibly eye-opening. My self-study on visuals and reporting held up great (79% in Visualizations), but this test immediately exposed my massive blind spot in corporate cloud environments (20% in Management and Security) because I don't have access to enterprise Power BI Service or SQL licenses at my current job. The visual, detailed explanations for why incorrect choices are wrong are worth every rupee of this course. Question for the Instructor (Ravikiran): "Hi Ravikiran, as mentioned in my review, I am a domain switcher attempting my very first mock exam in my life. Given that I have zero daily on-the-job enterprise Power BI Service experience and have learned strictly through portfolio projects, how do you view my first-attempt score of 55%? What specific strategy or reading path do you recommend I follow to bridge this administrative gap before I attempt your second mock test?"

Excellent material and explanations and screenshots but I don't see how 1/2 of it is PL-300 related. Most of it is niche stuff and trick questions. We all agree Microsoft's own practice tests are a joke/too easy. I took PL-300 and failed by 2 questions and feel like MeasureUp's test is WAY more similar to the actual test. I'm actually getting annoyed with this course because I'm encountering situations I've been through at work and getting the answers wrong. Again, the explanations are awesome so that course material is good. But I don't see how this preps you for PL-300 besides confusing you and stressing you out. For example, I got one question wrong because I put stacked chart not 100% stacked chart. Is that totally wrong? IDK. Another question was about loading data and hiding it, but the "correct" answer was to not load the column. Cool, but your other questions suggest you take the most complicated path for every task, so I would assume the answer was to somehow load and hide it. For another question the "correct" answer was to remove a visual but that is not practical at many jobs. you'd have to find a way to make it work. Then it oscillates between trick questions and being loose with wording. For example, it asks what view you use to see percent of x that y. The answer is column distribution, but that doesn't contain a literal %. Some of the other questions are really good but not PL-300 items. No one is asking for you to customize a pie chart for them specifically and that is not a test question. Same with "push dataset" or some of the ways RLS questions are framed. Good for real life but as test questions, I'm just getting confused about what the specific test writer is even looking for and it's sometimes different from PL-300. The test is meant to show you can use PL-300 not read your manager's mind or deal with super-specific situations without googling them

Excellent PL-300 course! The questions are challenging and very close to the real certification level. The questions encourage critical thinking instead of simple memorization, helping me strengthen my Power BI data modeling and DAX skills. I highly recommend this course to anyone preparing seriously for the PL-300 exam.

This is a fantastic course, to prepare you for a difficult exam. When I purchased this course a week ago I think I would have failed the exam, but yesterday I passed with 860 - to my utter relief! I came into this after 33 years working with SQL Server 6.5-2019/Azure SQL, entity analysis, database design, Windows development, web design and development, SSRS reports, and about a year of Power BI data modelling and report design. I worked through the Microsoft online training again, as well as a 50-hour course on Datacamp (which gives 50% off the exam). Then I worked through these practice tests. It was a long slog. I don't think I can overstate how important these tests were in that process. First time I scored 52, 57, 70 and 57, with 40 on the case study. I reviewed the brilliant explanations of all questions, then tried again, scoring 87, 90, 85, 80. Ravikiran not only understands Power BI, DAX, M etc way more deeply than I ever will, but he can explain it. That is a rare gift in a someone so good at their craft. And it is a craft - a blend of science and art. This is not a short cut. There is no short cut. Creating pretty reports in Power BI is easy, but mastering the underlying model is really hard, particularly DAX measures and their changing context. If you have put in the effort and are close to being ready for the exam, these tests will take you to the next level. Enjoy the process. It's long, but so is anything worthwhile. My warmest thanks to Ravikiran for creating such excellent material, and I wish anyone reading this far the very best in your Power BI journey...

Overall, an amazing course. I took this course 1 week before my exam date and gave 1 mock test per day and reviewed all my answers. The questions as well as the solutions are very detailed. While some questions are very particular, in a general sense, they match the pattern of questions you will find in the actual exam. But unless you are prepared for the exam, you will score very poorly on this test series. Even if you are prepared, you will still score relatively low LOL. I was scoring 60% - 65% on average in these tests, whereas on the actual PL-300 exam, I scored 890/1000. So yes, this test series is one of the tough onces. But I recommend this overall as the answers the very detailed. It is only useful if you read through his explanations of each option. Just taking these tests to see how you perform is worthless in my opinion.

I cleared my PL-300 certifications on 14-Feb-2026, and after the exam I want to give my feedback of this course. First, the course is very good for learning and improving the knowledge about Power BI, the questions have detailed explanations and are very rich in information. However, the level of many questions is much higher than what I experienced in the exam, some are too specific and focused in details. If you are doing good in these exams, you are absolutely ready for the PL-300. If you are not doing so well, you might be ready as well. Take me for an example, I scored 60% average here and on the actual exam I scored 81%.
