This is a 93-minute crash course in Power BI, split into 38 lectures across seven sections. Most of the time, about 56 minutes, goes to cleaning, joining and visualizing data in Power BI Desktop. A shorter block covers the online service, with mobile touched on too. It is aimed at complete beginners, and nothing is required beyond a computer. The course was last updated in December 2025. About 143,000 people have enrolled.

Reviewers like the speed. Several call it short and clear, and one says it taught more than a live Power BI class run by a weaker teacher. Learn Anywhere, the group behind it, gets credit for showing examples of each feature. The complaints are consistent, though. Two reviewers say the narration is fast, and one notes the volume jumps between slides. A few found the accent hard to follow, and captions helped. Others wanted more examples of the complex functions and a bit more explanation.

The instructor was very through and shared a great deal of information on all the functionality of the Power BI program while showing examples. I gained more knowledge off this training than I did sitting in a Power BI class trying to follow along with a less informative instructor.

The course covers everything I would want to know, but I would have liked to have a few more examples of some of the more complex functions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a crash course to get started using Power BI right away.

1. Explaining different types of Charts in the beginning of the course will help than later 2. Showing sample Dashboard at the beginning & building the course on creating the reports in that sample Dashboard would have helped more in understanding

Nice introduction to the features of PowerBI. Presentation is clear and good to understand. The presentation is very fast. I needed to slow down at times to 0.75 to be able to follow. The sound for the mobile lesson should be improved.
