This is really amazing and it really blew my mind. I have never seen it from this perspective. This is above expectation and I can not wait to start the exercises because most of the time we sit more than we stand and we cannot do without these exercises if we must stay lively and with good and healthy posture. Thank you so much Posture Doctor.

We take for granted the damage we will be doing to our bodies due to different postures we take our bodies through each day. This has been an eye opener that each part of our bodies needs exercises. Shoulders, neck, back and many other parts. It is my desire that I will implement some of the learnt exercises on a daily basis.

I knew some of the exercises before. I'm sorry but the lecturer's voice sounds a bit unpleasant to me. I had problems with staying attentive and positive up to the end. But yes, to be fair, it's good to let people know they should do some stretching during their sitting in the office.

Enjoyed the course and putting the lessons to use. Uncertain if this is properly recording that I'm taking the course as not all Section boxes are checked off as completed. This happens in many of the Sections that have a PDF download. The only aspect I did not enjoy was the Survey Monkey surveys as they asked questions that were not relevant to this course.

The constant repetition of attractiveness and ugliness when it comes to body positions was odd. There are so many good health reasons to work on your posture and getting up and away from your desk, that bringing physical attractiveness into it feels unnecessary and a little shame inducing.

I have learned so much from Dr. Paula in this course and have already put the exercises into practice at work and at home! As an office worker, inactive sitting is a nuisance, and a break from the chair is frequently needed. The ideas mentioned here can also apply when sitting down in places outside of work, such as while driving or even sitting down on a park bench. The pace of the course was just right, and be sure to watch the videos actively so that you can put the exercises into practice!

Super. I have a double hernia in the back and a single one in the neck. with exercises I managed to cure the back but I´m still struggling with my neck. This course shows which exercises have to be done in an office environment in short to the point video´s. Perfect! Some point for improvement. If the models in the videos wear a suit then their posture is difficult to see sometimes we see a zoomed-in image while you are talking about the general posture which we cannot see.

I really did enjoy this exercise. It will help me when I use this exercise in my office while I feel stress or just have to stretch out my muscles. The only problem was the volume was to low. I had my volume up to 100% on the video and my laptop and the volume was still to low. At times my video didn't want to start up. After completing this course I was not able to get my certificate.

Yes had took the course at work for OLX Cash My Car where in we mostly have to be in a sitting position for Hours. This small exercise break would help us with on job relaxation and improve our posture. It Good have a great posture at it defines a lot about your personality.

Because you have covered the most important posture problems while we are sitting, and most of the people suffering form many different pains like that although they can avoid them and the solution is very easy and close to us, so I would like to thank you great Dr. Paula for this course
