Deepa Muralidhar is a computer science educator with over 20 years of experience.Deepa is passionate about having high-quality computer science curriculum established at the high school and introductory college level. Currently, she works as a classroom teacher at Roswell High School in Georgia. In addition, she serves as president for the Georgia CSTA and part of the CS Ed Advocacy team at the national level. She develops curriculum for various K- "12 computer science courses such as AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles. She consults with the Georgia Department of Education, American Institutes of Research, College Board, ETS, the University of Texas, and many others as she helps create standards, curriculum, and courses, as well as assessments to measure growth and knowledge.Deepa is interested in growing computer science education at the K- "12 level. She's particularly interested in increasing enrollment of the number of girls who take computer science.
