You will learn how to record every possible transaction that relates to customers and put them in to your QuickBooks records. You will learn how to find and fix mistakes that receivable bookkeepers make. When you finish, you will be able to GUARANTEE that the QuickBooks customer records are correct to the last detail!!

Any possible advanced situation that arises from doing business with customers can be handled in QuickBooks. You will be able to: record split payments from customers, give refunds, create and apply credits to customers’ accounts, record customer deposits and advanced payments, give normal discounts and set up and apply terms to customer sales.

You learn QuickBooks enough to be able to perform customer management tasks such as printing statements and reconciling these statements with customer's records. This course gives you a special presentation that allows you to understand how QuickBooks calculates finance charges (interest) to customers.

I took 5 of them, and every single was exceptionally well done, very informative, detailed, with step by step instructions offered in a logical, easy to understand way. Every lesson was thoroughly explained; this is how you teach. I was able to understand completely "the what and the why". Really helpful course for advanced quickbooks use of AR, and the final practice include everything taught in the whole course, some of them are tricky but very practical and useful, I did it three times to make sure I can remember how to record credit, refund, and other transactions.

The course is excellent. It covers all possible situations that can happen with Receivables in real life. Very practical and the explanations are easy to understand and follow. Also points to potential mistakes. The instructor is knowledgeable about the topic and I think that after covering this course you are ready to do practical work with Customer Receivables in QB.

Great Little course on Accounts Receivables. Would have given 5 stars if the following issues were addressed: 1. Remove repeated videos. One video had no audio. A student brought this up over 2 years ago. The video still has no sound as of today 2. Exercises gave incorrect instruction. Some exercises missed critical information Overall I'm satisfied considering the content and price point. However, I feel that this course was somewhat rushed.

Superb!! I have done this after completing the 'Introduction to Receivables with QB'. Some advanced topics are covered with brief explanations, easy to follow instructions and exercises at the end. You will find two additional topics at the end of the course that are really helpful. This is a must have for QB professionals. Thanks again to Professor Smolen!!
