Redshift for Cinema 4D Masterclass (Udemy.com)

Mr. Gorgun is quite literally my favorite instructor for anything in Cinema4D. His simplistic way of explaining far surpasses that of the bloated methods others use. He always meets and exceeds my expectations and I truly look forward to his new releases.

It was really a pleasure to have a course with this teacher, he explained clearly how things worked and it's really perfect for beginner with the Redshift renderer. The only thing that bothers me is that the material part for the course do not take in account the new version of the Redshift 3.5 which use a new standard node instead of the old one, the material node, so I skimmed this chapter because i couldn't follow along :/ Anyways, great course, great teacher, it's just gets a little old with the new update :)

This was a great course and I learned many things, I learned how can take high quality render in minimum time cost and how can i use redshift camera , material , shader… in the redshift, i will share my final job in instagram and I will tag @digidemy, i am not professional but result is stunning. I highly recommend this course to advance and high skill motion designer because all of us straggling with several problems and questions that you can find all answers about redshift here. Thanks

The course was great however I think the section on the nodes materials is a little too brief. The power of Redshift lays in the versatility of the nodes and I would have benefited for few extra info on that. The rest is brilliant for a beginner, thank you

I only started using Redshift this year but was thrown in at the deep end so I had a lot of gaps in my knowledge. This course was really helpful at filling in those gaps so that I now have a better overall understanding.

I have been using Redshift for a few months now, and I have had trouble finding certain features, ones that I didn't even know existed, like the arrows button at the top of the render view window that reveals the scale and resolution.

I recommend this course. The teacher is very knowledgable and communicates well. It's a good, very clear overview for beginners (and a good refresher for others). It's all positive, but being a "masterclass" I just wish it would also cover AOV management, which is an important part of my Redshift workflow (and a bit more challenging for me). Maybe in part 2? (I hope)

For newbies and intermediate users, this C4D+Redshift course will guide you through the basics and otherwise hidden options and common hotkeys in Cinema 4D+Redshift. Ozgur Gorgun mainly covers Redshift and its functionality in C4D R23-R25. He will guide you through optimizing your C4D infterface/layout, creating Redshift materials (mainly reflective and translucent materials), Lighting, cameras and how to properly use tags (material, UV, light, shadow, and animation). Files such as C4Ds, tifs and HDRI's are provided to help you follow along with ease, there's also no modeling/sculpting required or need to create custom texture maps in a separate software, all files that Ozgur Gorgun uses, will be in the work files that can be downloaded from this course. However what you will need is Cinema 4D R23-R25 and redshift, I completed this course with Cinema 4D R25+redshift. My only critique is that I would of like to have seen a deeper breakdown of Redshift's material shaders and node editor, but then again that may better suited for an advance course. Good Luck.

I've taken other Cinema 4D courses before, and Ozgur Gorgun is a far better teacher than most instructors. The pacing is excellent, the sample files make absolute sense, and the workflow tips are invaluable. If you're new to Redshift, C4D or even just 3D, start with Ozgur Gorgun.
