Nina is a fantastic teacher and able to break down her trade in a way that it is easy to follow and entertaining to watch. And unlike most introductions, she also covers analysis of qualitative data with helpful tips - a topic even experienced researchers are struggling with. In this course, she is explaining her points with helpful examples and really helps you to get the gist of good research. Being a UX researcher myself, I really enjoyed reflecting on my own work based on her tips and strongly believe it will help you to be a better researcher, too. It might also help decision-makers spot the red flags before critical decisions are made based on flawed research. Conclusion: highly recommended.
