In trying to work along with this course, I wasted a lot of time trying to set up the equivalent programs to what the course was recorded with. Versions have changed, and there were many times when I couldn't get Eclipse to act the way that it did in the video.
Also, Google Places no longer allows for PUTS, so I could not copy the work of the Anchul. The fact that the actions that were be demonstrated are now deprecated caused a great deal of frustration and wasted time.

Instructor doesn't have good hands-on knowledge on the content. I reached this conclusion by seeing some of the starting videos of rest assured where he is making silly mistakes while explanation. Or may be he is a bit nervous.
