The course description is spot-on. You should have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of connection managers, data flow with source/destination configuration, variables, etc. The projects in this course are interesting and the concepts are explained very well. The presenter encounters a few errors that he troubleshoots off-video, then presents the fix in a subsequent video. This is great real-world experience. I'm very glad I bought this course and will run through the projects multiple times.

Very good course. I have no previous knowledge in SSIS and can follow it easily. Very practical and detailed information about all the steps. You can also learn a little bit C# in this course. It is not that hard. This teacher did an excellent job. It is absolutely a great investement for my brain to join this course!

I completed my SSIS course with Vikas Munjal through Udemy platform and I was very impressed with the quality of the course. The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, and the course content was well-organized and easy to follow. I learned a lot about ETL advance data tools, and I feel much more confident in my ability to extract data from sources. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in SSIS. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to add more quizzes throughout the course to help reinforce the material. Additionally, I would suggest breaking down the project into smaller packages to make it easier to understand which variable belongs where. Thank you for providing such a great learning experience!

Very detail, this is exactly what I'm looking for. This course is perfect for students who are familiar with sql querying and wants to learn more about the ETL process, table maintenance and etc. My background: I'm a financial analyst with 10 years of sql querying experience and 5 years of Tableau experience.

More of an intermediate course, and learning a ton. No always easy. Vikas is one of the best instructors on Udemy. He takes the time to explain the concepts and then provides really good examples for you to work through. Work through the examples with Vikas and you will learn a lot.

Great Info and I appreciate the guy for putting the effort to summarize it. It was what I need, although I don't think this is an intermediate level, is more like an upper beginner. Also at the first, I struggle a little bit to understand what he was saying but is ok. So overall I give 4 out of 5 stars.

There aren't many SSIS Courses around but this is definitely one of the best on Udemy, way better than the Phillip burton SSIS Intro course. I'm glad that the instructor takes us through some real world use cases and shows us so much. I do wish that he went over things like Checkpoints, all of the Tasks in control flow and data flow but I understand that there's a lot you can do in SSIS and maybe they didn't have the time to make a course that is longer. Also some of the resources he gives for the course could be better organized because some of the code to create a table in SQL Server was missing and some of the code for a C# script task was missing. Overall this is probably the best SSIS Course you'll find on Udemy so I highly recommend it if you need to learn SSIS for your role. I hope this instructor makes some more advanced SSIS courses because I would definitely buy them.

I have been a SQL Developer for over 16yrs, but have dabbled very little in SSIS. Many courses cover what the various functions (data flows and control flows) do, which is very useful. However, the real learning is applying your knowledge to real world scenarios, and identifying what approaches are more applicable than others. This course does just that. The instructor is clear, concise and easy to follow. The content is very relevant, and the instructor takes you through it step by step, making constant reference as to why he uses that approach. Very very useful.

As a professional who does some ETL work and is wanting to incorporate more SSIS into my repertoire, I'm liking this class so far. I'm only halfway through but so far he's shown real world scenarios, best practices on how to tackle these, how to get past common issues, and general best practices for making packages flexible and useful.

I really liked the way he explained the errors encountered during execution of the package. He pointed out how to fix the errors that may be caused within the data flow, control flow, or the package itself.
