Short, focused and genuinely practical. The stakeholder identification and mapping tools (power/interest grid, engagement levels) are things I could take straight into my own projects rather than just theory. At around an hour it was easy to finish between work, and the section on tailoring communication to each stakeholder group was the most useful part for me. Would have enjoyed a couple more worked examples, but overall a solid, no-fluff course.
