Tableau Desktop Specialist /Data Analyst Practice Tests 2023 (Udemy.com)

I really liked the variety of the questions, and the fact that each test was slightly tougher than the prior one. I feel ready to take on the actual exam after passing these practice tests. I'd like to see more of hands-on tableau questions in this course which require creating more complex charts as well as using LOD and window functions.

I took this and one more course and passed the exam with 92%. I found the language of a few questions a little unclear, but overall the collection of questions was good. Also, I had done Tableau course and related practice exercises when it was offered for free on Tableau site. I will give credit to this course too. Thanks Aruna Ma'am.

Thanks Aruna, I have cleared the my TDS exam with 73%. Your Practice Test series really helps to boost my confidence before the exam. I have seen lots of questions in the real exam from this test series. I suggest to do all 6 tests twice before the exam to all aspirant. Only explanation part for some of the questions need to improve in detail under this course. Thanks

Some of the questions are not worded properly, impossible to understand if its a question or just a statement. Most of the questions are repeated at all levels of difficulty. If you retry exam, sometimes it shuffles your answers automatically. Good thing is - few questions give you finer minute details of Tableau which you wouldn't have known otherwise.

All these questions really helped me for preparing the exam. I cleared Desktop Specialist exam with 85% in first attempt. Some of the questions were really tricky. These practice exams really helped me to refresh all the tableau fundamentals in depth before the exam. Thanks Aruna for making such a quality content.

I think there are a few clarity issues that look to be due to a language barrier. That is, some of the questions read as if the creator's first language is not English and that process loses some of the clarity. For instance, a correct answer was "Granularity is more, marks are also more" to the question "Which of the following is a correct statement". However, the course is very helpful otherwise. A majority of the questions and answers match the phrasing used on Tableau's help forums allowing for easy research of competency areas.

It was great experience! Most of the question are similar to the practice set. Just one suggestion for students except practicing these question please read the complete tutorial or explore that particular topic in tableau help site.

The format of these exercises is very similar to the actual exam. I think the only thing it needs to be improved on is the hardness level since I actually found I scored better on the hard level than medium/easy. The actual exam questions were also trickier than the ones here. Nevertheless, I was able to score 90% yesterday thanks to this course. I recommend completing this course before taking the exam.

The test papers are very good for practice, gives an idea on how the questions would be appearing in the main exam. Please don't expect the same questions appearing in the main exam.I have taken the test on 29-Aug-2020 and I cleared the exam with 81%. Tips which can be useful : 1. Start the exam from backwards as you would find relatively easy questions which won't take much time to answer. 2. Complete all the MCQs first and don't waste too much time on one question. You can flag that particular question and google the question later and answer it. 3. Have atleast 25-30 mins for Hands on questions and please read the question carefully and apply the required aggregations, formats etc as requested in the question

Practice tests and most questions were very similar to the format of the real thing. Overall though, if you can speed through all the practices and score well about 80%, you're guaranteed set for the real exam. I just took mine and passed with a 97%. However I also did clear Tableau e-learning prior. One thing is that there are quite a few glaring typo's on the exam, and some questions got repeated across practice exams. Maybe also include a .twbx file for a couple dashboard filtering questions too, as that will pop up, and throw in some more trick questions that will punish points for skipping steps or not reading carefully.
