Course Description
Most people use Claude AI like a chatbot.
Ask a few questions. Generate some text. Maybe summarize a document.
And stop there.
That’s the floor — not the ceiling.
There are stages to working with Claude, and most users never get past the early ones.
This course takes you from Chat → Cowork — from using Claude as an assistant to using it as a true AI collaborator that helps you think, create, research and automate work.
No coding required. No APIs required. No automation background required.
PART A — Claude Chat Mastery
Learn how to use Claude effectively in day-to-day work:
Prompting with the R-C-T framework
Choosing the right model (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku)
Web Search, Adaptive Thinking and Deep Research
Building with Artifacts
Memory, Custom Styles, Projects and Skills
Cross-tool workflows with Chrome, Gmail, Calendar and Slack
PART B — Cowork Mastery (Claude as Your AI Coworker)
This is where Claude shifts from assistant to collaborator.
You’ll learn how to use Claude to:
Organize files and folders
Create Word docs, PowerPoints and spreadsheets from real data
Run research-to-report workflows
Install Plugins and build custom Skills
Use Scheduled Tasks for automation
Control workflows from your phone with Dispatch
CAPSTONE PROJECT — Build a Product Feature End to End
Put everything together in a real-world product management workflow.
Using the Product Management Plugin inside Cowork, you'll go from raw user research all the way to a stakeholder update and calendar milestones — the same flow a PM would run in a real job.
You'll synthesize research, write a feature spec, run a metrics review, update the roadmap, and send the final update to your team — all inside Claude.

The role plays with AI were very helpful and fun - keep including those. The assignments were good to learn but the role plays made it real and better prepared me to work with others in AI.

Good course. Very practical. Organized very well. My only suggestion is to differentiate between Claude in the browser and the Claude Desktop app a little better. Dispatch, Cowork, etc only shows up in the Claude Desktop app.

This course was so well organized! It was easy to follow and all the student materials were easy to use and understand. I learned so much about both Claude Chat and Cowork -- exactly what I was hoping for as a newbie to Claude!!!

Due to the teacher's accent, a little hard to understand.

The course was good, it provided a lot of info for a first time user. I did provide some feedback previously about the length of time provided for the role play scenarios, and in particular someone is typing responses in chat, you need to provide longer for these responders. I ran out of time numerous times during these activities.

I am enjoying the course. It is quick, however you are able to pause and go back to review. I also really like that it has the resources available for easy set up.

Great course. The content is well-structured and easy to follow, even with no prior knowledge. I especially liked the practical focus on chat workflows, cowork features. The hands-on exercises, role plays, and coverage of plugins and file access make it highly useful for real-world applications.
