The Docker/Kubernetes part was OK. However, the other parts of the course seem to be improvised or unorganized. Some sections were even duplicate. I might remove the Java/HTML parts to include more examples of Docker with GCP or even Azure.

The information and lessons were great; but the course is so old that very little matched to the google cloud platform, and it made it difficult to follow. Even some of the downloads were old or non-existent. Unfortunately, I searched Udemy for a replacement course early on, but could not find one. That being said; I enjoyed the course and will benefit from it's instruction.

Syed did good in terms of someone who is new to java/web world and also at the same time took time to explain the second part which I was interested in - Cloud - docker,k8s. Keep up the good work!

So far the course is excellent. The agenda is very clear, and of course the introductory lessons detail out the expectations and coverage. The lectures are well paced out and easy to follow. I love the hands-on tutorials and explanations of concepts by Syed. Kubernetes is something I was struggling with in the past. The lecture on Kubernetes Introduction and Architecture is just great! Looking forward to additional lectures. Great experience with this course and I would definitely recommend. Java in the beginning followed by Kubernetes is logically presented. Thanks.

A great lesson. But on the content arrangement. I suggest to separate that into 3 different topics (web dev, java, and devops using kubenetes) instead of bundling everything together. It will be easy for learner to pick up a separate topic. If certain courses need pre-requisite, you can cross link in case someone totally has no idea wants to learn these

The extra exercises need a detailed explanation mainly for the beginners in Java. For experienced programming user's could be ok learning Java but for the beginners is quite hard to figure it out how to solve the extra/optional problems. I think you need to post videos with explanations for the beginners to understand the concepts of the extra/optional exercises. Videos are too long sometimes and some little mistakes too.

It was one simple thing, but it feels like a big deal. When taking a Java + DevOps course that included content on Docker and Kubernetes I expected to learn how to deploy a Java application (maybe a JSP site) to a Docker container. I was not expecting to see PHP suddenly take Java's place in this course towards the end. I would be willing to change my review if this is corrected as I was enjoying this course until it seemed to lose cohesion towards the end.

I liked this course. I took it mostly for the Java and I was not disappointed. This course covers a lot of ground technically, so it is beneficial, with that in mind. I also liked having the exposed to Google Cloud. I really liked both instructors. Syed is very much a true trainer/educator. That much is clear. He explained things really well. An intangible that both Syed had, and I really liked, was an overall demeanor of encouragement. Very nice in how they would urge you on after each lesson, with a "cheerful disposition", that is great. I look forward to learning and seeing what other offerings they have, as this class was professionally done. I liked some of the "toss in" material, at the end, from some of their other courses, that they felt were related and beneficial.

I must say that this is a well taught and comprehensive course by far. Although I am still in the beginning stages, it seems to exceed my expectations. The instructors are engaging and easy to understand. Keep up the good work guys! I finished the course, and it took me almost a year. I have learned several new skills with this course and the instructor has taught all the practical aspects that I dealt with in the real world in my projects. Many thanks to the team who put this awesome course together. I certainly appreciate the efforts. Thank you again.

Superb explanation of all concepts, I just love the practical implementation shown in the course. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to master java concepts and further their career into devops technologies.
