The complete React Native course ( 4th Edition ) (Udemy.com)

I bought several courses on udemy, this was the first really extensive, complete and I'm about to finish. I'm a new back end developer thanks to a 6 month live full time bootcamp. From personal experience I would say that in my opinion after this course you could easily cover a junior position as a react native developer. First time i don't regret buying a course on udemy

He does a great job explaining how things work and I have learned a lot that I can apply to my projects. The only challenge is that the course was last updated in March 2019 and there have been a lot of changes to react-native. An example, the section on navigation uses version 4 and version 5 is now available. With that said, react-native is being updated continuously so it would be very challenging to have a course that covers the latest version available.

I started playing with React before starting this course. And was done with a lot of challenging stuff already. But after watching this course, the whole mindset is refined. The problems I barely solved seems to be solvable in a much more managed way.

this guy is beast. i took react course from him and now this. and i can tell you that he know how to teach code. i am software engineer already, so it was easy to understand concepts but this guy is really good at teaching. thank you.

I had also taken React course from the same instructor , so it is very convenient and easy for me to grab his words as this course seems more or less similar to the previous one.Anyway, great teaching methodology as he fragments everything up into chunks and make it really easy for us to understand.

So for start, its a good catch besides, few mistakes and old patches... maybe for new guys like me, can the team explore more about common mistakes and errors of react-native? principal in the new navigations versions and installation of repositories, far has i know, many commands have bugs and for that i give 3 stars, because really turns my tasks very difficult. Beside some of this courses are very outdated each give very differences on new versions and to repair old bugs it broke all my projects and need rebuild but mostly i need to start over again and again. But the instructor has knowledge and for that i give it 4 start, i hope get more curses updated. Thanks. Regards Andrew

Absouletly brilliant course. I searched udemy for a long time to find this quality. Even instructors renown failed hardly on their courses becouse of fast pace of change. The way this course was prepared and set is awesome and other instructors can learn from this one. Also at first I wasn't going to do 'web mini-course', but since I bought MERN and wanted to practise I went back. Also this was great to recall redux (this son of a .... is hard at least for me to grasp). Only thing I am missing (but this generally goes to all react courses) is lack of mobX. I read documentation which is fine, but still would love to see a course on that from you :) Keep the good job going! This course was worth every penny I spent on it.

-The Instructor not answer at all to any questions. -The git link not working. -working with database from/to server side like firebase in this course the instructor not using the firebase function instead use Axios(no issue with that, nice to know it), but the real problem is no link documentation for it or any explanation where to find it. -no upload image to firebase. -no logout from app -can't download this course-this option is disabled. all the rest is good, nice to learn from this course, excellent explanation the basic stuff and building app was good experience. nice Bonus chapter for basic learning.

This is, I believe, probably one of the best React Native courses on Udemy, and to my surprise includes, as a bonus, what seems to be the best web based React courses on here as well. The instructor is upbeat and clear (critical things in video courses) and thorough. All concepts are coded in real time as he discusses them. He doesn't do what I've had happen in number of courses, where the instructor has you suddenly download a lot of completed code. In this course, you code everything along with him. He also discusses a lot of the ES6 JavaScript React uses as it comes up. I was thrilled to find out he uses the best tools available, so I don't feel like I have to adapt this course to my own approaches. What sold me on the course is the fact that he has you build a complete app all the way through, including all the key features you need in a real app. I've yet to see any other course on here that has such a feature complete project. I absolutely have to have a project based course to learn well. At the end of this course, one should be able to be both a proficient web React as well as React Native Developer. I realize this is so enthusiastic I may sound like I'm tied into the author in some way, but I have no connection to him other than just being now a big fan. I have many Udemy courses in my library, and I have to say this is one of the very, very best. I can't recommend this course enough.
