The complete VUE JS course (Udemy.com)

Taking this Vue.js course was a great experience. The content was clear and practical, and it matched my learning style well. It helped me strengthen my frontend skills and gave me the confidence to start building dynamic web applications with Vue.

I knew the basics of Vue and wanted to dive deeper into Vue. This series has provided me with some good little bits that will help. Currently working on a project, so I apply any ideas that I get from watching these videos.

Excellent course, I'm a lot more confident in my powers. But I'm now having to plough through many hours of legacy content to access the certificate.

This course isn't one of my favorites, but it has the merit of existing and presenting the essential notions of Vue.js by quickly getting to the point. The trainer's dynamic pace is most appreciated when others go on and on about blah, blah, blah. Nevertheless, I regret that the following sections are extremely messy: Section 8: Router VIEW ├── 71. Props, Redirect, and 404 ├── 72. Nested routes └── 73. Named routes and views The trainer would benefit from a complete rethink and re-recording. As it stands, he goes off in all directions to show 2 or 3 tricks in a hurry without properly structuring his examples with : - a problem and an objective, - a solution method, - and the solution to be retained. You end up with unfinished code scattered everywhere, with no head or tail. The examples need to be completed. Fragments of solutions are thrown in here and there, leading to total confusion. In short, the code becomes a mess. Section 10: Pinia State Management also needs to be rewritten to take account of Vue.js developments with Composition API. Pinia Stores are addressed with the old Options API paradigm, and that's a real shame. It's even surprising for a course that claims to have been updated in 2024! Moreover, the application example is far-fetched: the store initially intended to contain a simple counter becomes a real mess. The trainer never addresses the reactivity issues associated with Pinia, which require the use of `storeToRefs()`. Unfortunately, this is a fundamental shortcoming! Overall, I also regret that the examples could have been more sophisticated. They're simple and rather uninteresting. I preferred more concrete examples, with problems we encounter when developing more substantial applications. Finally, rather than spending time on Firebase, as many other courses do, I would have preferred the instructor to go a little further and use a more widespread database management system like MariaDB, for example, and a quick and easy-to-learn microframework like Express.js to set up a full-stack project with an API—even if the main subject of the course is Vue.js! In the final analysis, the total number of hours is misleading and does not correspond to the valuable teaching material for the latest version of Vue.js with Composition API.

The instructor sounds like teaching something silly. But no, my friends, it's magic. You will enjoy. Keep consistent efforts where required and you will enjoy learning and practising Vue.

Too much time wasted on typing of CSS, chosing colors and styling pages and other not relevant aspects. At least 20% of the time is wasted with this. also, not fully explained the v-for, the key, index, value order is important, this aspect was not explained. Other than that the course is good.

Very, very thoroughly detailed. Almost too detailed, which is weird to say. However, this class is definitely worth getting through. There is so much to learn and explore in here.

Really great course. I like the atomic lesson style. ES6 Bonus is also nice and helped me a lot. Learning Vue is really really simple ;-) (You get the joke, when you apply to the course)

I have purchased 5 different VueJs courses on Udemy and this is by far the best course to help expose you to the different parts of understanding VueJs. Once i completed this course, i was able to look at the projects in the other courses and understand how they are being built. Amazing Instructor

Course was good. Sometimes a bit fast and on some other bits a bit slow. Feedback for the teacher: Please don't say in every section that something is really easy or simple. It gets a bit annoying when you just want to get through the section. Also the amount of spellingmistakes can be irritating. Beside that, I enjoyed following this course. Thanks.
