I had started this course recently and what I like about it is that is gives you good basis knowledge, lays out the database principles in a clear and concise manner. For me as a generalist, I cannot understand the subject without having a general idea about it as a whole. I need to imagine how t it functions to be able to reason within the new knowledge field. This course provides it. So it doesn't just teach you coding commands like other sites, but it actually gives environment explanation, so you understand the process beyond the code.

The other thing I like is that it makes you install and use the real software as opposed to, again, other sites that simplify it to using the inbuilt in browser editor where the code is typed. Sure, it's easier, but no real life application. I would rather learn to use the actual software and practice projects in it, than learn how to code SQL, but not to have an idea how to use my new skills in real life.

No sure, why the price was so low, but so far it's a solid foundation course that is seems so well worth it.

There are way too many videos without sound which is annoying, to the point that i thought there was an issue with my pc and also there is some repetition that i find unnecessary. If these issues are fixed, its definitely a 5 star course.

audio sometimes drops out, unclear how to set up database, no code examples to download, examples hard to read, formatted poorly,

presentation stilted, dull

every thing is good but there are little errors small errors which cause a lot of problem to beginners like url of create_engine must be 'postgres + psycopg2://..........those things worked for me but google it and find how to make url killed my 5 hours .course is by the way good one it must be edited well thats it

Horrible examples eg. inner join - instead of just showing the join first, he adds so many conditions - just doesn't make sense.
