Some codes are obsolete as Apple made some changes to Swift 2 and 3. Waiting for a n update.

I have no experience what so ever with programing or coding, and the presenter/instructor is presenting it not only as introducing this language, but also briefly touching on basic, basic principles I should have already learned before I started. I'm one of "those people" who never gives 5/5 or 4/4 or a 100%, even when I evaluate myself, because there's always room for improvement. I haven't found a specific example yet though

I enjoyed this course. It's a little slow for established programmer's that are just trying to learn the nuances of Swift but it does move faster as he gets into the more advanced topics as he doesn't go into them in great detail, which isn't really an issue for more advanced programmers. The beginning is grueling stuff though as it is very basic for people that have a firm grasp on programming in general.

The instructor covers everything that needs to be covered. Simple, easy to understand and well worth the time.

The instructor is very good. The video's are not very clear...it is hard to read the source code

I would recommend these tutorials for your programmers that have some coding experience They are simply "bite-sized" and easy to digest. There may need to be some updates, but the content as a whole will allow a programmer to get started.

The course instructor seems well versed in his knowledge of the subject matter and has taken great care in making the course videos.

can get a very good sense how swift works especially if you are already familiar with javascript syntax.
By Nikki Hildebrandt on 3/4/2015
This course is very well explained and goes over proper syntax of Swift language. Now that I have the syntax down I can't wait to dive into implementing it into a full app project. I'm looking forward to more videos by this author.
