Overall it's a pretty decent course but unfortunately as of 2018, it's a bit outdated. Some of the Twitter features shown were changed years ago and one of the recommended support websites closed in 2015. Although in the Q&A the trainer says he will be updating the course to address the outdated parts, that was two years ago and it's still not been done. It is good overall and easy to understand but it would be much better if it was updated.

This course is brilliant. I had never used Twitter before, but after doing it feel confident and able to grow my following in a way that feels authentic. It cover the basics in a simple and engaging way, and gives insight into advanced tools and tips that will save me hours of time. I am so glad I bought this rather than having to figure it out myself :-)

Hi Benji, Thank you for creating this course. It's a good course but needs to be updated. Some of the resources you have, such as Topsy, are no longer available. Also, Twitter has gone through a lot of changes, which is somewhat reflected in this course, but I think that it would be more valuable for your future students if you were to update it. I didn't understand the value of twitter before I took this course. The course showed me how to connect with other twitter users who have my interests and would like my product. The lectures and material are easy to follow and I appreciate being shown how to do something or think about something when it is so new. This course gave me the mindset I need to maximize my twitter asset. I will also refer to it in the future when I'm stuck or forgot something, so it will continue to provide value as a reference for me. Thank you. Mary

If this course was named "Twitter for Beginners," it would have earned an enthusiastic 5 Star review. Benjamin is knowledgable and his presentation is easy to understand and implement. I am by no means a knowledgable twitter user myself, but I found the course very simplistic. Some of the material that would have been useful was out of date (Topsy is defunct – that section should be removed to avoid wasting time). Also, this is less about how to get 200+ followers than how to follow 200+ appropriate people easily and quickly in the hope that some will follow you back. If you're a newbie, definitely take this course. If not, look for something more sophisticated.

Just completed the twitter for business course. Good course however it could do with a little updating in some areas. For example as far as I am aware you can't have background pictures on the left hand side of your twitter home page any more. Buffer no longer have suggested posts either. Still worth the money and the 4 hours to watch though. Thank you.

Benjamin Wilson doesn't mess around, this is the second course I took by him and this man teaches absolutely brilliantly. How good is this course, take anyone that doesn't know social media at all, show them this course, and they'll be able to get a job as social media manager. He explains everything very well in simple terms and everything just makes sense. He uses real life examples to illustrate his points which is very helpful. What's amazing is that he show's you exactly how he gets customers via Twitter everyday from his own accounts. I usually like to take a couple courses on a subject topic to get the full perspective but with this course, I know I got everything I need to get my next 1,000+ customers from Twitter.

This course offers some nice advice, especially for those who aren't familiar with Twitter. It's too bad that some videos aren't up-to-date anymore (most notably the part about Twitter headers), but the information is still good and useful. I especially like the part about finding your "sibling accounts". Altogether, it's a pretty good course.

The course is of interest and has value. A 5 star rating would be appropriate if the few minor unexpected glitches within the content delivery were corrected instead of proceeding after "I don't know why...". An edit of the unexpected browser content/settings/etc would do. I would also like to be further educated on: (1) How the ratio of Following/Followers tilts toward the latter. (2) How to monetize an account. Thanks

My twitter account was suspended from following some of the practices in this course. I learned a lot from this course, but it's been several weeks and the instructor still has not answered my questions. The instructor also promotes his friend's courses which are not very good. He also asks you for your feedback and to leave him a 5 star review in the course but doesn't even check the course to answer questions. I found that quite annoying frustrating. In the end this guy does not care about this course he just wanted to make a quick buck.
