This course has been a great fit for me so far. I really like that it combines clear explanations with hands-on activities that allow me to actually practice what I’m learning. The role-play exercises have been especially helpful because they give me an opportunity to apply the concepts in realistic situations and receive feedback on areas I can improve. I'm just starting from down from 0. No experience whatsoever with this kind of field. But this video gives me at least an idea where and/or how I should get started if I wanted or be interested in Youtube. It's not rushing me to go on ahead and blindly do things. It gives me the option to think first before action. But it also gives me the excitement to bring out the energy to get started after thinking.

The interactive one on one put me off at first, but that last 20 seconds. I am alreeady thinking about things I never world have. Thought provoking and internalizing course. I am learning. (Oh, Happy Birthday me! I just turned 67 at midnight.) :-) I am at halfway now. One of the simulations had a problem where it would timeout and crash when you tried to answer the bots questions. First error so far. Not the end of the world.
