It is early stages but I really like how he gets you to re-frame how you think about computers, especially errors that perplex us all at times. I have just started using Ubuntu and LInux and it feels like Unix in the dark ages. A course like this helps demystify them. I have been thrown in the deep end with these courses with hardly any tutoring or explanation except referral to poor LI training videos! This is far better and empathic to the non-technical learner.
