It was to the point, well constructed and succinctly delivered. Ideal for someone new, or relatively new, to leading on the concept of performance management. Especially if they haven't yet had any formal training on the subject, are working more from experiencing it from being a participant, or part of a wider HR team in an IC role.

As my own experience, course is very good and also the way to explain everything, But i expecting the way and the practical knowledge. Great overview of concepts without leading us towards a provider - thank you! This course helped me confirm what I'm doing well on as my small company's HR advisor and what I need to tackle next or what I'm still developing skills in. We've chosen a PM system and are going into our second biannual review cycle. we practiced goal setting and measuring them so improving that is important to me. My next course needs to be something on co-creating SMART goals, documenting them, and staying on top of one's progress in ways that are better than a simple check off or to do list.

I think it's still general and not comprehensive enough. It's greater if we can include the methodology to design a performance management process for a specific company. However, it's clean, concise and easy to absorb for both HR and non-HR learners.

Great basic knowledge of performance management as a critical concept. Providing resource materials would enhance this course. Also, Part 31 stopped at a point and would not advance. I had to go around it. Hopeful to resolve this issue so that I can receive my certificate.

Great course! The contents are explained very well and comprehensive. All in all it was a structured course that gives a very good overview of performance management with a focus on the most important parts and provides helpful recommendations for your own organization.

section 1, is very much teaching the absolute basics and a lot of it is perception based and any facts are not backed up by sources, from section 2 this is better. the delivery of the content sounds at points as if this is for managers or non HR professionals, as per the conclusion part of the video if there were contact details to provide this feedback 121 then of course would have, for now have to settle for the end of course review comments box.

The course provided useful information to refresh my HR knowledge and offered a learning opportunity regarding current trends in performance management. The instructor was very organized, engaging and clearly a subject matter expert.
