Thank you for introducing some terminology from TDD. It is not only useful for JS development but also for understanding the concept.

Great education - easy to follow and up to the bleeding edge. But, the video was very poor at times. Without code sample provided as resources sometimes it was hard to make out the desired syntax of the hands on sections.

This is a good course for complete beginners in TDD. It gives a couple of good example and best practices. If you have intermediate knowledge of TDD or if you practice TDD and you want to get better I would look for a more advanced course in TDD.

It is great because I am dealing with production code and tests on a daily basis, and it seems like a great methodology to follow and avoid having parts of the code untested

Great first overview of Test Driven Development for beginners! If you are familiar with testing strategies, I would recommend you look at a more advanced course in testing as this focuses on the very basic ideas of red-green phased coding, and testing doubles. The examples are simple and straight to the point.

"It clearly and easy to understand for a newbie to TDD. The presentation gives the clear concepts and also brings the good hand-on exercises to learn. Also clearly introducing and elaborating usage of 3 useful tools for testing in NodeJS project: Mocha, Chai and Sinon. Beside that, it also makes listener excited to approach TDD." - htam

Really good course for getting started understanding TDD, I would only suggest that you where a little more clear when installing packages and setting the tests commands in package.json for those who might get a little lost. Me personally I had to do things like setting my run scripts, specially in the istambul/nyc lecture in which people who might not be using webstorm might find themselves a little lost when trying to run the code coverage test

This course is very interesting and I think is a good introduction to the use of unit tests developing with Javascript. It is a bit too basic, but I think that is an important step for people who want to start learning about TDD programming. Interesting the slides and the example about the test coverage. Thank you.

This is what a Udemy course should be: Short and to the point, but still complete and thorough with lots of great links and references for continued learning.

The instructor speaks clearly and provides good explanations on the concept of TDD/BDD in general. Unfortunately I could not give this course a full score as there is a duplicate video in section 4 , there are also many silent moments when he inputs his code, this course assumes you know how to program so there's not a whole lot he could talk about but I thought it was a little confusing sometimes. Overall it's a good course taught by someone who seems to have a decent handle of the language, he could improve in some aspects but I did not watch this course to learn javascript so I can't complain too much.
