Content could have been more detailed, with tools being utilized by UX designers, skills to be developed. Also there were no clear ending to each lecture, the jump between topics felt a bit abrupt.

I think by doing this we gain knowledge on how to do Ux design case studies. As it guides us through a 6 principles and if we apply it will be really helpful. Better to watch to gain some knowledge on doing a case studies in real life level.

This has very good information about what to think about when designing the interface of a website. All the details that might seem minor are actually very important and could really make a difference when people are visiting a business or organization's website.

This course was very clear and to the point. I learnt pretty much very well about the principles of Usability. The presentation was simple and easy to understand along with very good examples. The case study towards the end was very helpful in understanding the concepts. Thank you James and Udemy for this wonderful course.

Informative and easy to understand course. Each step is explained in detail. The checklist is mentioned several times throughout the course and helps to keep you focused. The e-book is also a good summary of the whole UX design process and helps to memorize information. 5 stars!

I thought it was going along very well until the MailChimp site, then you were losing me by playing with scrolling up and down, up and down and fiddling with the interactive pieces.

It was a nice course for people with no prior knowledge in UX. One thing I think needs to be improved is the explanation of digestibility and clarity as those two principles seem to illustrate different things, but the explanation sounded quite similar.
