Course Description
This course was originally created as a gift to women around the world and in support of International Women's Day which is celebrated every year on March 8th.
International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
International Women's Day (IWD) has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.
The theme for #IWD2020 is #EachforEqual
#EachforEqual is about 'Collective Individualism'
The IWD 2020 campaign theme is drawn from a notion of 'Collective Individualism.'
We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society.
Collectively, we can make change happen. Collectively, we can each help to create a gender equal world.
We can all choose to be #EachforEqual.
We are a group of passionate female instructors from around the world from different backgrounds and cultures. What connects us is teaching and our desire to help others.
This course is as diverse as the instructors with a wide variety of lectures covering topics such as boosting yourself, relaxation, learning something new, business skills and career development.
This course celebrates our commonalities, diversity and strengths, it taps into our areas of expertise and aims to give you a taste of what's possible both as individuals and as a team.
We hope that there is something for everyone and that you can dip in and out of the lectures according to what ignites your interest. If you feel the course would benefit from a particular lecture then let us know and we’ll find a suitable lecture from our bank of instructors.
We hope that some of the lectures if not all of the lectures will inspire you to recognise #EACHFOREQUAL in your own life and be happier, braver, more confident day to day.
We love hearing from our students so we encourage you to contact us with any questions and comments
We look forward to getting to know you – Come on in and make yourself at home.

Why choose me as your course instructor?
I have spent half my career working for various organisations seeing both good and bad practice in leadership, management and change projects. Out of frustration at how bad leadership and change can be I decided to try and do something about this and hence Enabling Transitions, my business was born. I enjoy my work and love making a difference for individuals and organizations.
People buy my services because I am practical, passionate about people and plain speaking.
A summary of my experience:
I have over 20 years experience as a Leadership Coach and Trainer working with small, medium and large organisations across all sectors including the public sector and Not for Profit Sector. I am qualified as a Trainer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I cover all aspect of the training cycle from training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
In addition to this I am qualified at Masters Level in Business and Executive Coaching. I am passionate about one-to-one coaching, team coaching (Action Learning) and creating coaching cultures in teams and organisations.

I wish there were subtitles as the narrator’s accent is sometimes hard to understand. If you believe in chacra thing than you will enjoy this course( As a Christian I don’t believe it those kind of things, so I skipped a lot of info in this course but some things were useful as general information . I guess I dint read the description correctly before taking this course , otherwise I would skip this course .)

This is a compilation of various online Lecturers. The positives are that you have exposure to lecturers, and topics that you have not met or considered before. Some of the Ladies were really good and it served as an appraiser to the topic and the lecturer. The downside is that some of the quality and volume of the video was not consistent. One presenter had a very distracting back ground that in the end made me skip over her presentation, which is a shame. The idea however is lovely.

Thank you for the wonderful meditations and energy you present. I can really feel the love and I express my gratitude. The information about websites, job searches, greetings in German, are all helpful to remind us that there is so much of the world to explore, and knowledge to share to help us navigate the landscape of SMART goal setting. Thanks for supporting women! “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” ― Maya Angelou

Yes, Udemy Denise Fletcher is right, the review popped up at the most inconvenient time, thus giving me no time to make a complete interpretation of the full course. By the time I realized I could have waited till later it was too late my hand was already clicking and I was stuck in the Review loop. Udemy, please adjust this feature, if not it will create false statistics and possibly too much turn over with your underrated instructors. And...the world needs instructors that are willing to provide this wonderful service. So many of us want to learn but can't afford the college tuition, this site gives us the ability to be better so we can do better! Please fix this feature. Thank you

I love this initiative and I like the variety of lecture topics and teaching styles all included in one place. I have featured it on my own blog and encourage everyone to sample the course. We can all learn from each other and in this course you will surely find some sections that will speak to you and your situation!

This is a brilliant course. There is more than one person lecturing. Each lecturer is engaging, speaks clearly with no need for subtitles and prepared. Audio and Video is 100% quality and Nearly every lecture has downloads to refer to later when implementing what is taught. I am excited by what I have learnt and thoroughly recommend this course as it is empowering. You will say "Wow" or something similar when you finally come to the end of the course.

This course is very heterogeneous and the single lectures, delivered by strong and inspiring women, are clear and effective. Whether you are already working and willing to improve your career or still looking for your life main purpose, this course will help you out with a variety of notions, ranging from psychology to marketing, from holistic practices to business tips. Moreover, the course is free and has some really interesting downloadable content, so give it a try! I highly recommend it =)

Make It Happen: Empowering Women for Success is an amazing, incredible course offering from a very talented group of women Udemy instructors. I can't rave highly enough about the collaboration, the course structure, presentations, information and production quality. Oh, and follow-up and responsiveness to comments and interaction in the course-- immediate, supportive and encouraging. The only problem with this course is SO MUCH great information and advice, on so many levels (personal, career, business, social media, inspirational), I don't know where to start! (I am just kidding) As I said in comments on the course, although I am behind a computer screen, I feel like I have made new friends and mentors here, and I look forward to following-up and interacting with each of these women in their Udemy course offerings and as a (future) Udemy instructor. Empowering Women for Success is a very unique collaboration (not just for women), offering an introduction and preview to so many terrific courses available. Thank you, again, to the Udemy Women!
