There are better courses on the topic available on Udemy, the material is pretty lackluster and there is only voice over, no film clips or animations. Some of the messages are oversimplified and skipped through rather quickly and several sections are just read-through material.

I genuinely enjoyed this course. The content was broken down in sizeable amounts to digest and process, the delivery was really good and made understanding easy. The way that Denise engaged with us was as though she was standing directly in front of an audience. I think it was a strategic move for Denise not to show herself throughout the course, because it ensured that people did not get distracted by what they were meant to learn and take in. Only had the contents and the voice to "worry about", and I think she got it spot on. I have already started putting the GROW Model to practice in a specific issue that I currently have, and I can already see a way forward just by using the steps and tips from this course. I aim to apply this in both my personal and professional areas as the fundamentals remain the same. Thoroughly enjoyed this course. The bonus at the end was also very insightful. I've had an interest in learning more about EQ and the questionnaire at the end is a great teaser.

The learnings and exercises in this course are engaging and reflective considering the different examples presented in the GROW model. For sure, I will apply these learnings to my team which shall be an enriching experience to myself as a coach and at the same, shall help younger staff to grow productively, personally, and professionally.

This course provided affirmation toward the approach I take toward Life and Career Coaching. I do follow the basic steps that are in this course but with elaborating on the process and providing the logical reasons for this approach increases my confidence in going further in this process when it comes to my Life and Career Coaching.
