This Yin yoga class is AMAZING! The instructor goes over all aspects of Yin yoga, the elements and aspects of Qi and the Tao. She includes element meditations and full Yin yoga sessions to learn and practice the poses. It’s very comprehensive. I absolutely recommend this course for anyone interested in yoga or overall mental and physical wellness.

The course is very informative! Akirayoga has prepared self study and self reflection manual that other than the video, we have more resources to explore further on this course. The course really helps me to understand more about the connection of Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga. Although I am a Chinese myself, I didn’t really think of Yoga from a TCM perspective until now. Thank you again.

Absolutely a 5-star course! Beautifully taught, well-structured and full of practical wisdom. I especially loved the integration of Yin Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a TCM practitioner and a Yoga Teacher, I learned many new insights that I can immediately bring into my own classes. Thank you for your generosity and for creating such a wonderful training. Highly recommended!

As a yogi of 15 years and 500RYT for 6 years, I am always excited to deepen both my personal and my professional practices. This training was perfectly paced and organized. Lectures were well structured. Yoga practices embodied the tenets of yin and incorporated the knowledge presented about Chinese Medicine. I highly recommend.

My name is Maria, and I am doing the Akira Yin Yoga, and I am loving it. I have learned so much about the origins and all the benefits of Yin Yoga during the entire course. All the information I got from the theoretical part of the course has broadened my understanding of Yin Yoga and Chinese medicine in many ways. Every time I practice, I feel re-invigorated. The sequences are very well planned, and the way the teacher teaches makes all the difference. She makes you feel comfortable doing the practice and helps us with her gentle voice to relax and delve into the practice. I have also been a Yoga teacher for more than 11 years, and I am impressed by how good a Yin Yoga practice makes me feel and how much I have learned from this course. I even enrolled in the second part of this course already. I cannot miss this opportunity. This is a very good course. Thank you!

I truly enjoyed learning about Yin Yoga and the Meridian Lines and am looking forward to continuing my studies. Thank you very much.

Very interesting subjects so far, loving the expiations and clarity of each topic presented. It flows very well. Claire is a very well prepared and thorough lecturer. Practical sessions are amazing. I am learning and gaining so much benefit to my own body from these classes.

Loved this! Excellent, thorough information; instructor had an amazing, calming presence; cueing and sequencing were excellent. I loved the voiceovers and thought they were great; they lined up with the class perfectly. My only construction criticism would be to have a little more inflection in the voice so it sounds more natural; the volume and pacing were just fine otherwise. There is a lot of "kindness" that shines through in Claire's voice. :) I really enjoyed this course, and I learned so much! I hope Claire puts out more courses!!
