Course Description
In this course we talk about everything from living life according to nature, the principles of yoga, the seven stages of awareness, controlling the mind, meditation and much more up to talking about karma, reincarnation and past lifes.
All of this is presented by our wonderful philosophy teacher, Yogi and psychologist Dilara who teaches the western students in our Ashram.
This course is for everyone who is searching for meaning and purpose as well as students who'd like to deepen their knowledge on the philosophy behind the Yoga tradition.
You will learn everything that we teach our aspiring yoga teachers in our yoga teacher training here in India.
You therefore gain the knowledge that eastern yoga teachers have (and western teachers shouldn't miss).
This course is beginners friendly.
Namaste!

This course was wonderful and easy to understand. It really answered questions that could not be answered in my area here in the West. If you crave knowledge of what is older and more original, and if you are trying to put words to your personal experiences and glimpses perhaps, this material will likely ring true. Thank you. Much gratitude.

Way too basic and the first chapters not really connected in my opinion to topic like ashram life. Also opinions of the teacher about yoga with props being not authentic yoga and a rip off capitalistic trick to earn money from you are really appalling and very immature and come from little experience that lovely but young teacher has.

I really enjoyed this course, I learned so much, seems to be presented in a way that was easy to absorb. I’ve been trying to learn this for years and finally feel like it’s settling in !! I have just completed it, and have decided to start again. :) Thank you for this course !

This course was packed full of deep and meaningful knowledge, in a very easy to watch and processable way. The instructor is soo lovely! And makes learning this knowledge a joy. Thank you for sharing this divine course.

So much information and clarification is just wonderful! The course is making me reflect inward and think about how I react to things as I go about my day. The content is pertinent, easy to follow along with and easy to understand. The only improvement I could offer is to have invested in accurate closed caption for those of us who rely on it; auto captioning is painful.

So much good information! The flow was gentle and I did not feel overwhelmed or stressed by the number of new terms and concepts. It was very general, but at least now I know something about what I didn't know about yoga.

The style of the presenter is very conversational; both easy to listen to and to follow. I'm not very far into the course at this point but really resonate with the material so far. I also really liked the nod to intuition as an acknowledged sense and am looking forward to hearing more. :) Thanks!

It takes a bit long to get to the point.

I am really blessed that i found this course. So far really well structured and the teacher knows what she is saying. Always wanted to learn more then the Asanas and Pranayama and Dhyana. The Philosophy and historical part of yoga is really important. Hopefully one day you can make a course of Asanas and chakras.
