You’ll journey through a spectrum of topics, from the basics to advanced, real-world applications that you can immediately put into practice at work.

Here’s what you’ll master:

• Introduction to Generative AI: Understand the foundations of Gen AI and its role in Software Testing.

• Running Large Language Models (LLMs) Locally: Learn how to run models on your machine without paying for external services.

• Manual Testing with Gen AI: Generate manual test cases,  test data, test requirement with grounded Models with the power of AI and RAG.

• Automated UI Testing: Leverage AI to write, refactor, and optimize automated tests for UI applications.

• Playwright UI Testing: Use Playwright and AI-driven tools to create smart test scripts and handle complex workflows.

• No-code Automation with TestRigor: Create powerful automation suites in plain English, even automating SMS, phone calls, and intricate tables.

• API Testing: Harness PostBots and Gen AI to streamline API testing.

• Using Gen AI APIs to Add Intelligence with Self-healing locators to Test Automation: Harness the power of OpenAI APIs to add Intelligence to your Test Automation code.

• Using Model Context Protocol: Leverage the power of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to run Playwright test for UI and APIs.

By the end of this course, you’ll have a deep understanding of how Generative AI can supercharge your testing process. With hands-on experience, you’ll be able to use AI-enhanced tools and LLMs to simplify complex testing tasks and make your work smoother and more efficient.

Your teaching style made this course stand out. You explain complex topics in a simple, practical way, and your examples helped me understand the “why” behind each step. This course went above my expectations — thank you for the effort you put into it.

I found the course 2026-Using Gen AI & AI Agent in Software Automation Testing very practical and relevant for modern QA automation. What I liked most is that it focuses on real implementation instead of just AI concepts or theory. The strongest part for me was the coverage of Local LLMs and MCPs for UI automation. The course explains how to use local AI models in testing workflows, which is very useful for enterprise environments where data privacy and offline execution are important. I especially liked seeing how local LLMs can help with generating automation scripts, test cases, debugging, and improving productivity without depending completely on cloud AI tools. The MCP and AI agent section was also very interesting because it shows the future direction of UI automation. Instead of relying only on fixed locators and brittle scripts, the course demonstrates how AI agents can understand browser context, interact with Playwright, and support more intelligent automation workflows. This makes the automation approach feel more adaptive and modern. Another good aspect is that the course combines Playwright, AI tools, and automation testing in a very hands-on way. The examples are practical and easy to relate to for someone already working in QA or SDET roles. One thing I feel could be improved is going deeper into advanced MCP architecture and enterprise-level AI automation frameworks. Some topics are introduced at a high level, so experienced engineers may still need additional learning for large-scale implementations. Overall, I think this is a very good course for QA engineers who want to learn AI-assisted automation, especially around Local LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and modern UI automation approaches.

Don't spend time in explaining how to install and configure tool. Better to join for each presented tool a document we can download explaining clearly with screenshots how to do these operations. You should explain the drawbacks or limitations or risks with some tools because they are some. I would have been interested by some controls of the values displayed on screen to assert an application works fine. It is not because a test case can be executed without error that the application works fine ! If your test script doesn't make any verification and assertion, it is ot very usefull. Maybe the value displayed on screen are wrong, or not displayed with the appropriate format, or ... For instance, with a banking application, can the tool make some interest calculation to check whether the values displayed on the application screen are correct ? Last but not least, please, take your time !

Content is to the point. Many say AI is best but how to use in real life this course explains it in very simple and very useful manner.

By Dmitrii Vissarionov on 12/4/2025

A good overview of modern GenAI possibilities and many corresponding tools, but no practice tasks and too much of promotions of the author's other courses and references to the reviewed paid tools. Also, keep in mind that the materials are not up to date since the industry is changing really fast.
